Nice place for a family get together. Family enjoyed sitting around the firepit and playing ping pong. Quiet neighborhood. Met our needs fine.

The driveway is not for the faint of heart. But we managed with a few laughs. I'll bet the neighbors get a kick out of watching people try to back out. The pull out beds were not very comfortable but typical for that kind of bed. If you need to do any cooking bring salt, pepper, spices. Plenty of dishes but not a stocked pantry. Just fyi for short older people you have to step very high to get in and no handles for safety.

did not like the location of the place, the garage was really dirty (Lint pile in the corner, trash everywhere in the garage, dead roach). The upstairs toilet seat was broken! No one fixed it before our arrival! My Mother-in-law slipped off of it a little, but I would have been worse if it was her husband! Big safety issue! The washer and dryers didn’t work well! After a wash cycle the clothes were soaking wet and it took the dryer 3 full cycle for have items completely dry! In the kids room, we looked at the beds and the sheets were messed up! not nicely fixed up like the other rooms! so we all questioned if they were cleaned so we washed and dried them ourselves! the stairs looked like they were not vacuumed! They said we couldn’t check in til 4pm; 4pm rolled around and the “cleaning clew” was still “cleaning”… We were not able to check-in to the place until close to 5:30pm! If I was the homeowner/ company, I would be shocked and embarrassed to have guest see and stay in the house! I would probably not use the same “cleaning crew” either!
