This is a beautiful property with plenty of space and very comfortable, especially the lounge area that has plenty of comfy sofas. The house has lots of character and it is a pleasure to stay in. The kitchen is well equipped and it feels very homely and fun with the pool table and games to play.

It was a lovely place. The attic rooms have very low ceilings and the bed in the double attic room is a small double with not a particularly comfortable mattress.

De sfeer in het huis past bij de leeftijd: terug in de tijd. Fantastische locatie met een dikke muur tussen tuin en straat dus heerlijk rustig. Prima keukenvoorzieningen voor een grote groep mensen. Goede bedden en juiste aankleding van alle kamers. Zelfs een originele open haard die bruikbaar is!

Nice large rooms and historically well preserved house. Freshly painted rooms, comfortable beds.

Main road noise. Not a secure garden for dogs. Not a lock on some bathrooms. The lack of sound insulation between the two main bedrooms.

The garden was not enclosed for exclusive use as we had imagined,so unable to let our dogs off the lead outside.

Location great - walking distance to anything you needed. Lots of bedding and alternatives for rooms/beds. House is beautiful and garden great.

Had to clean the coffee maker!

Walnut Tree House is a beautiful home and the perfect base to get ready to go to a family wedding. The location was great for the rest of our weekend away. It has plenty of options, within easy reach, to keep everyone entertained. We were a multi-generational family group. The top floor was ideal for two adults and two children, our own space. The first floor had two huge en suite rooms, ideal for my parents and my brother and his husband. The facilities inside made for a more than comfortable stay for us, comfy beds and plenty of utensils in the kitchen to self cater if you wished. All in all a fantastic family getaway!
