Great location for a city break in Birmingham. Good public transport link. Owner did respond positively when we complained. But this is not a quick fix. The property has the potential but falls woefully short at the moment.
Hot tub cold on arrival despite multiple requests. Hot tub not clean. Multiple advertised facilities not provided. Property mis represented as luxury. No dining table. No oven capable of cooking a meal for four people. Staining to many of the the walls in the property, requires redecorating. The beds did not have mattress protectors. No storage in downstairs bedroom had to keep clothes in suitcase.
This is budget accommodation not what we paid for. If the property were accurately described and priced it would be a good place for a city break. Either change the description to fit the property or fix the property to match the description.
No care or love goes into making the property welcoming to guests. We go on a long weekend away with our friends every year and this is by far the worst experience we have had.

Exceptional host, communication was consistent and supported throughout any queries. Apartment was very well kept & clean, very comfortable beds and jacuzzi was amazing as it was a relaxing stay and will be back in the future.

I liked the hot tub. I liked the layout and the spaciousness of the rooms. The beds and sofas were really comfy.
The utensils and fridge were dirty on arrival. The WiFi sometimes played up.

The hot tub was filthy and I ended up on antibiotics. They refunded for hot tub cost as we couldn’t use.

The property was very modern.
Mould in corner of living room, cooker was very small and not very powerful. For the size and price of the property you would think they would have a decent size cooker. Ants around the sink in kitchen, bar stool was not safe to sit on. And up stairs shower was leaking to downstairs

The property was very modern and well designed and also was clean. Also the staff helped us a lot as our car broke down on the day we was meant to leave. He allowed us to stay in the property till we sorted everything without extra charges which we appreciate as we had a 2 year old with us and also travelled from London.

Place filthy. Needs a good deep clean bed sheets all stained kitchen greasy,
toilet stained not flushed when arrived
No toilet paper . Downstairs shower dirty water came out when used it .
Front porch door doesn't have a lock so didn't feel safe group of lady's staying. Bins overflowing so no place to put any rubbish .

honestly so perfect for a little get away, very cosy & has so much space. loved staying here, it’s got a local shop literally not even a 2 minute walk which was very convenient. the owner was so helpful, very fast responses if I needed anything. would recommend to all, was such a beautiful place to stay at

Bed linen x2 clean.
Issue with privacy as neighbours window easily visible from hot tub.
Lack of cutlery and dishes/ glasses/ mugs to accomodate 6 people .
Wet towels/linen left in dryer.
Old towels
Didnt require to cook as ate out but would have struggled with preparing meal.
Need more cutlery, kitchen ware.
Upgrade towels.
Higher fence on right side of property
Locks on toilet door.
For the price paid for 1 night I think the above is basic.
We booked solely because we needed hot tub locally in brum.

the communal area is nice which you would spent most of your time
There are no locks on any of the bathrooms, there are no curtains in the main living room so there’s no privacy. there’s one bathroom that is open to the bedroom so moisture and condensation would spread all around the room as there’s no door or separate room. The bins were full on arrival so there was nowhere to put our rubbish. There was no rack to put washed dishes.

Was met at the property by the owner to let us in and show us where the heating was, extremely clean and a lovely get away! Would highly recommend to
Anyone wanting to stay in a property that offers so much than a local hotel it has a jacuzzi at the bottom of the garden which is lovely to use of a night time the bedrooms are huge and the beds are so comfy the host went out of his way to help us when we couldn’t unlock the jacuzzi to come all the way back and do it for us honesty nothing was to much trouble for him! Lastly I want to say a massive thank
