The toilet was downstairs and the bathroom was so tiny (good pressure on the shower though). No coffee machine.

Great location and modern property.
Very inflexible on check in/check out times. No option to store luggage. On arrival property smelled like someone had been smoking.

Extremely clean, well equipped & beautifully decorated. It felt we were the first guests to use the property it was so pristine.
The bathroom was downstairs. My husband has mobility problems so it was difficult for him to navigate every time he used the bathroom. I found it annoying too. We got dressed in the hallway after our showers to avoid having to use the stairs. I don’t remember reading that the bathroom was on a lower level. It would have been useful to have known that before we booked. I would have given an overall rating of 10 but the patio garden needs attention, lots of weeds growing. The remote control didn’t work, it may need new batteries.

The only suggestion would be blinds on the velux windows if someone is using the sofa bed in lounge area during summer months

Excellent location, 2 mins walk from the beach and town centre. Cottage has everything you need and is lovely and clean.
Honestly there was nothing we didn't like, maybe a TV in the bedroom and a wardrobe that could be used would be the only things.
