Spacious, clean and comfortable place. Location was amazing, I was solo but great place for groups or long stays. I would definitely stay again!

Once we got to the location, I did have a hard time finding the exact hotel spot. But once we found it, it was an easy check-in. I love the fact that you don't need to have any keys to hang onto. The hotel room was clean. It had items that we needed, like a kettle, keurig coffee maker, and a huge fridge. Everything you need to stay for a long period of time. The bed was comfy. Lights were adjustable to dim if you wanted to, for a moonlighting feel. The location is super walkable to several restaurants and shops. The hosts were great. And check out was a breeze.

On Saturday nights, there is a club/bar right across the walkway. I could hear some of the noise until 4am, however, I can actually sleep through it. The other nights are much quieter. Thank goodness for the thick window panes. There are only a few minor things notable that I noticed that can improve. The wood flooring is separating in some areas. Also, in the kitchen, it would be great to have a pair of scissors to cut any food packaging, etc. Lastly, it would be awesome if the towels were slightly thicker or cushiony. Other than that, I am extremely pleased. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved it! I would definitely stay again. It was a great location to walk to every area I wanted to see. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Plus the giant sectional sofa was so comfy I could have easily stayed in all day relaxing.

This is no reflection on the owner or establishment, but It is noisy at night because there is a club across the street and the young people hover outside well past 1am (in the summer at least). It surprised me, because I didn't have any windows open, but I was easily able to block the sound with my white noise app to sleep, so no big deal. A little white noise machine would be great to have in the bedroom for future guests.

No safe parking facility. Property agent/owner does not respond to inquiries on time, unlike in a hotel where questions are answered immediately by someone in the property.

The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom had room darkening curtains were a nice feature. The rest of the apartment was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well appointed. It was nice to see a washer and dryer Although we did not use them, they would definitely be a bonus for anyone staying longer. It was quiet even though it was in very busy area.

The internet was slow so it would be difficult to work there.

The location was excellent, the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner was responsive, nice and easy to work with.

The only thing that was slightly off was the noise from outside, we could hear people passing on the street even with the windows closed.

We loved the location. Close to the metro and within walking distance to many exceptional neighbourhoods.

There were no dish cloths. There were not enough towels. We stayed for a week and only had one towel and two bath towels. the two extra bath towels in the bathroom drawer had brown stains on them. Also, the bathroom sink did not drain very well. This property does not have an elevator, which is important to know as we were on the third floor and getting our luggage up the stairs following a full day of travel was difficult. The apartment would benefit tourists by having some brochures regarding where the metro stations are.

Location couldn't get any better. Great value, rooftop terrace was an added bonus. Definitely recommend this place to others & would stay here again in a heartbeat.

No elevator.Impossible to find parking especially at night.

Minor stuf

All codes were provided before hand.

Good value. Larger than a hotel room. Gave my family 2 adults and 1 teenager) all the space we needed. Location is central. Able to walk to McGill, main deli, Swartz deli in less than 10 minutes. Able to walk to Vieux Port in 30 minutes. Easy check in and check out. Host (Ariel)was responsive within 24 hours and addressed any concerns in a timely manner (loud neighbors)

There's a club across the way. Loud over the weekends and exceptionally loud on Thursday (college kids). Can hear the occupants walking, talking and music in the unit above. (I was on the second floor).

It is immaculately constructed, close to great restaurants. So amazingly quiet. Big beautiful windows. It isn't fancy, just a clean attractive place to stay for a vacation weekend.

There isn't much of a view, and there were no condiments. A little salt and pepper would have been great. Cooking oil would make it amazing.
