Good location with lots of nearby restaurants and activities. Friendly and helpful staff.

We got the duplex which is one of their most expensive high end properties but it was so old and outdated. Bathrooms smelled like sewers all the time, inadequately equipped kitchen with a broken kettle and dysfunctional washing machine that flooded the floor every time we tried to use it. They count everything (including the plates, cups and spoons) and made us sign a checklist with all the apartment’s contents and leave 5000 EGP in cash as security deposit in case we decided to keep a spoon or a towel which was absolutely ridiculous. There is also no wifi or smart TVs in any of the buildings, just that very old style satellite dish system which took me back in time. We had 5 beds and they all smelled and were covered in stains. The pools were dirty and we had to catch a boat to take us to the only free beach we could access and it was so overcrowded. We then decided to use the private beach (Malibu) which costs 450 EGP a person on weekdays and 650 on weekends. It was ok but added a lot more to our stay in terms of cost plus you are not allowed to take any food or drink inside to force you to buy from the only cafe there, which only sells bad pizza as everything else on the menu is never available. Staff were trying to help but that whole porto marina place is not properly managed and is significantly lacking in all standards especially for cleanliness. I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy their family vacation.

Mr. Khaled in reception was very helpful and trying his best to make our accommodation comfortable.

Units need renovation and more facilities.

Weather was nice

It was horrible trip When I came I didn’t find an apartment of sea veiw they don’t give you choice while you are booking any apartment is ready you can go the second thing aqua is very dangerous that my son got hurt in the head with 21 stitches he was near to death they tried to compensate us by sea trip or dinner for free but we refused.the beach is away you have to wait for the boat more than 30 min to bring you to the beach . Please DON’T book at this hotel they are careless with guests.

All went well. The stay was exceptional. Staff was amazing and friendly. i will repeat my visit to Porto when to coming to North Cost.
