We had a small electrical problem in the room for a few hours, but Andrea, the host, was always present and resolved everything as quickly as possible.

We stayed at Casa Alkimia for three nights in January. The location on the Island is perfect, with the beach literally on your doorstep and lots of great bars and restaurants within a very short walking distance. Breakfast at the restaurant below the accommodation is also great. Andrea and his staff were always incredibly helpful and responsive to any request and in particular their recommendations of what to do in the area and where to eat were perfect. I think we tried almost everything on their list and all were great. They assisted with transfers, taxis, ferry information and even made some phone calls for us to make things easier as we didn't speak Spanish. Everyone definitely went over and above what was required to make sure our stay was the best it could be. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and well presented, we had a lovely outdoor terrace and the property has a amazing rooftop pool .We would definitely recommend!

All amazing They have 2 properties actually , we have been several times in the other one .. and that new one .. confirmed us .. that casa alkimia is the best in the island . The owners Andrea and flavio , the attentions , details all around , very clean , charming and cozy . For my point of view is very hard to find some better in the island . I council to everybody to stay here . They welcoming and the attention from the staff and to the rooms are very hight .. Very good wifi , faster hot water , organic shampoo and a delicious coffee .. made for the 3th time . amazing our stay . See you soon guys Thanks for had us !

All the rooms are totally new , our room was beautiful , cozy and super clean . All smell new and the cure on details is very hight .. never see On The rest of our trip .. hight pressure like that on the shower and a soo good and comfy bed like that . All was perfect ! most of all PERFECT LOCATION few steps from north beach and the main avenue. the night was very peacefull because they are located, in town ,but totally out of the noise .. we have to say thank you to the guys , Andrea and flavio, the owners , and Giovanni the staff , the most nice welcoming . Andrea gave us super tips ! Hight recommended

Everything was great! The hotel feels warm and cozy, The room is spacious with a lot of light and great decoration! Andrea gave us great recommendations for our stay on Isla Mujeres that made our stay all the more fun. The staff was amazing, special thanks to Giovanni for fantastic services. We absolutely loved our stay here.
