Ease in checking in, the host was very helpful and accommodating.

No sink in bathroom, bed was uncomfortable and made alot of noise when you moved so much that our family members all wore noise canceling headphones to bed. The 2 nd bed was a futon very uncomfortable didn't have blankets for first night had to ask host for blankets for next night which they had delivered the next afternoon.

Location was ok, balcony was good to get out of the tiny space inside.

Was totally misrepresented in the description- this was not a 2 bedroom apartment- it was one tiny room. Bed and sofa bed very uncomfortable. Lots missing from list of facilities. It was not”part” of hotel complex so front desk could not help at all. Had to buy toilet paper and garbage bags, owner did provide after day 3. No sink in bathroom for washing purposes. Extremely dissatisfied after previous bookings with Booking.com- it completely spoiled our family celebration- nobody would reply to our problems/issues with this poorly maintained apartment- we were given a cancellation cost and chance to pay for other accommodation.
