Location Good room size Friendly staff

Housekeeping not cleaning everyday. There is no soundproof, but this is the case of most of the hotels in the US, so you can clearly hear people talking next room, and people in the corridor, and other rooms’ door slapping was very very annoying. If you a light sleeper this would be a problem.

First time staying on this property. Location wise is good! Very near to Disney Spring which I loved visiting when I’m in Orlando. Second, the hotel has it all good offers like free breakfast, free kickback dinner wherein u can get 3 free. Alcoholic drinks! Free coffee and sodas ! Rooms were good!

No massage place

Breakfast was the same everyday, had to be creative as much as possible. Generally though it was satisfactory. Shuttle buses were very handy to have running all day, very convenient. The complimentary drinks card for the duration of our stay was a nice touch. Think the staff were very happy and kind to communicate with. Good place for families to stay. I was happy with my choice

Our room was a little standard to be honest but the specific room we had was well placed in sense of the same level as the dining hall and facilities etc. However there were many noises reverberating from the room and its walls and ceilings. Ranging from machine/generator?.. Cleaning equipment (washing machines presumably from hotel cleaning dept) & the noise of dropping objects on a concrete floor from above. Sounded like we were in the lower deck of a ship is how I would best describe it. Pool needs more regular attention to remove floating items.

Wonderful! You get a full resort experience from the moment you walk in! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delish. Drone show from our room topped the night off.

The staff were wonderful. Especially Naomi at the front desk and Ozzie who assisted us with our luggage. The bartenders and staff and the pool bar, inside bar and the market cashiers were awesome as well.

Le prix reste un peu élevé, et la nourriture pourrait être un peu amélioré mais je ne m'attendais pas à quelque chose d'exceptionnel non plus.

Breakfast in the morning was great. Kids loved the pancakes and waffles. It definitely made things easier for getting ready in the morning and heading out to the parks.

Kickback food could've been better but had low expectations since it was free. Pool was always crowded and not enough seating but that's expected. I wish housekeeping wasn't upon request, and they just came by each day as with other hotels.

It has become one of my favorites hotels. The kickback hours are the best.

Very clean and comfortable stay, big rooms with amazing view overlooking Buena Vista Lake. Excellent pool area kids had so much fun. Location was excellent, 2 minutes drive from Disney Springs and breakfast was great light dinner with three drinks per person per night also included.

We love the Drury Suites. The staff is wonderful, but I think it was less clean compared to our stay last year.

The rooms could have been cleaner. We had a few dirty towels and the room smelled a little musty.

Every aspect of the stay was pleasant. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Najlepszy hotel z 6 hoteli w podobnej kategorii cenowej, które mieliśmy pod czas naszej podróży po Florydzie. I jedyny z nich, do którego mamy zamiar wrócić. Piękny widok z okna, wysoki standard pokoi, śniadanie i lunch w cenie pokoju. Pralnia na kartę, za 7$ można wyprać i wysuszyć ubrania. Wspaniały personel (greetings for Karla from reception y saludos cordiales a Miguel desde el bar del 2do piso from Natalia and her daughters:)

Nie korzystaliśmy z transferu do parków Disneya, ale na stronie jest napisane, że trzeba zrobić rezerwację 2 dni przed. To jest jedyny minus dla tych, którzy przyjeżdżają do Disneyworld. Hotel, z którego my dojeżdżalismy do parków DW, miał autobusy kursujące tam i z powrotem cały dzień i rezerwacja nie była potrzebna, było to bardzo wygodne, w środku dnia wracaliśmy z dziećmi na parę godzin do hotelu odpocząć. I jeszcze bardzo prosimy o możliwość robienia herbaty w pokoju, a nie tylko kawy. Ale następnym razem, jak przyjedziemy do Orlando, to i tak zatrzymamy się w Drury Plaza. Przewyższył nasze oczekiwania:)

The location, staff, and property were all fantastic!! the.breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious and had something for everyone!! Definitely will be staying here again!

I didn't like that our room did not have a tub, only a shower with a seat and that we didn't ever see the fireworks, only could hear them.

The 5:30-7:30 snacks were not very good. Cleanliness of room was not the best. Bar food was above average.

Nice pool, breakfast and evening kick back was well appreciated! The shuttle wasn’t always reliable- we ended up needing an Uber to make a reservation at MK. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and great size room- king one bedroom suite.

Great location with reliable shuttle service to Disneyland. Food options for ordering if you arrived home late from theme parks and wonderful to have the view of the fireworks from your room. Very helpful staff and close to local supermarket.

My family is gluten free and while there were options at breakfast it was the same food every day (this seemed to be case if you were gluten free or not) and at the evening meal on the first night they didn't seem to cater for gluten free at all other than baked beans. This was a bit disappointing when we had been advised beforehand that gluten free food was available. We had to order from the bar menu and while there were 3 options, it was a bit repetitive to have the same meals every night. No shuttle to Universal but Uber was fine.

Gran elección, cerca a Disney, 15 minutos de downtown de Orlando, 5 minutos de los outlets, todo limpio, podrían ser un poquito más creativos con el desayuno, pero igual está muy bien, pero por todo el resto, instalaciones, precio, atención, comodidad, aseo son un 10. Volveré seguramente!!

Beautiful area. Lots of places to eat including complimentary buffet for dinner & breakfast. Comfortable spacious rooms. Microwave & refrigerator in room. Very close to Disney springs.
