This is an excellent resort with a great pool area and ideally placed for visiting WDW. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable, however the room definitely felt a bit outdated and tired but this in no way spoiled our experience and we would stay again. Our stay also coincided with Hurricane Milton, we felt very well looked after and extremely safe.

As a family who has stayed in hotels around the world, this must have been one of the best stays we have had. A big and genuine thank you to all the staff and especially Aicha at breakfast and the service by the staff and chef at our dinner.

The hotel is beautiful and relaxing.The rooms are nice but the beds are like sleeping on concrete.

The pool is wonderful and there is lots to do on property. Paddle boats and bikes, putt-putt, gym, splash pad, restaurants, gardens to walk around. It close to Disney Springs and other Disney attractions.

The hotel is nice but the rooms are dated and definitely needs some renovations. The parking lot is a walk from the hotel. With the amount of fees for everything it’s not worth it. I would not stay here again with all the other options literally down the street. Also, I don’t know why but it took us over an hour to check out because the elevator situation was awful.

This is the second time my family stays at this hotel. We love the pool and amenities. You can paddle boat and canoe down the river, get bicycles and ride around the property, kids can rock climb and you can play pickle ball amongst other amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a great time and will be back.

Loved the vibes of the entire property. My favorite part of the hotel was honestly the lobby. How grand it was that it reminded me of the feeling of being a little kid again when my parents would take me on vacation to a nice hotel or somthing. The space the noises echoing got me feeling nostalgic. Great time overall.

We live in Florida and travel to Orlando often as we have park passes. This was our 1st time at this hotel. Hotel staff were super friendly. Check in was easy. The property was beautiful. The rooms was clean and comfortable. We could even see fireworks from our balcony at night. Loved the bathtub. The con was the pools were dirty and grossed me out. The amount of people at the pools with food and trash were gross too. Another con was parking, too expensive. It was not a terrible experience but will definitely look at other options next time we are back in Orlando.

Only part I didnt like was that we missed half our time there because of Hurricane Debby and when we tried to get a refund or even add extra nights they said there was nothing they could do. We lost a bunch of money on our first family trip.

terrible ...awakened at midnight by running screaming children i the hallway and slamimg doors . then at 1am a severe sewage smell ingulfed the room although we had no backup in the toilets in our room . we ended up checking out at 2am

Upon arrival we were greeted at the main entrance and everyone super friendly and our was spotless and beautiful!
The pool area was beautiful clean and big!
Food was amazing and everyone was very attentive. The beds were very comfortable and the TV in the room was nice and big!!
The drinks at the pool were delicious!
All and all will definitely be coming back!
This is going to be our Resort!
You will not be disappointed if your looking for a very nice and clean place to stay and enjoy!!

The service was excellent especially the one waiter at the outside restaurant "on the rocks". He was exceptional ! Forget his name though ! But best waiter i think ive ever had at any restaurant. Went above and beyond!

Property was absolutely gorgeous to walk and admite the natural beauty of Orlando. Conveniently located in the heart of amenities, major attractions, and freeways. The staff was pleasant, service was great and the food was actually very tasty. Overall I would highly recommend and I would be back on a future stay.

We got greeted at the bellboy desk in the rudest way possible.

The biggest issue here is additional charges for parking. There is no other parking and the fee is $36 per day - which is not small. Overall if you are going to disney you may be better served booking a disney hotel. Also note if you book this through expedia Hyatt will not recognize membership points.

We absolutely love this hotel. The staff is amazing and the grounds/ amenities are fabulous.
