El staff en general era correcto exceptuando al front office manager Keny Rodriguez. Es una lastima que Hilton tenga a cargo una persona que le molesta interactuar con los huéspedes y que trasmite que verdaderamente no disfruta de hacer su trabajo. Disney es un lugar mágico como para tener este tipo de destratos, peor aun viniendo de un manager.

Ease of check in

Did not get the room reserved and paid for. Reserved and paid for a room with 2 double beds and sofa bed for 3 adults and two children. Room had no sofa bed. Finally brought up two twin roll away beds that took up most of the room. They said they didn’t have what I had reserved and were booked solid.

指定の日に掃除してくれなかった。また、ディズニーへのバスの本数が少ない。1時間に1本。しかもアニマルキングダム行きのバスは、アーリーエントリーに間に合うバスがなかった。提携ホテルなのでアーリーエントリーが売りなはずなのに。

The location was absolutely amazing! It was an easy and safe walk to Disney Springs. We were able to walk through the neighboring Saratoga Springs resort too and enjoy the beautiful views of Disney Springs. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we spent a day at the pool with live music and delicious drinks! We plan on returning to The Hilton LBV in a few years- it was wonderful!

The transportation sucks back-and-forth to the park, and some of the staff members are very snotty

Dated, the fridge didn’t work, and the thermostat only went down to 68, being on the 7th floor it seemed very warm…… too warm to sleep comfortably, and wouldn’t adjust to go down any further, I think it was broken as well.

Incredible hotel, beautiful pool area including spacious hot tubs and pretty landscaping. Comfortable rooms and plenty of amenities. Great access by pedestrian ridges straight into Disney Springs

Great location! Within a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs.

The rooms are small and the bathrooms are very small with carpet in front of the sink area and it’s very hard to open the bathroom door without hitting the commode or the shower. Very worn out in need of a facelift.

Pool area was spacious.

Sunbeds were some broken and needed to be replaced.
