Sauber, gemütlich, Lage zum Flughafen super, Kommunikation über Whatsapp einfach, Zugang per Code, für eine Nacht nach einer späten Ankunft in Cancun perfekt. Und das Beste: Die Gastgeberin Yadira ist der netteste und hilfsbereiteste Mensch, den wie hier in Mexiko oder überhaupt auf unseren Reisen kennenlernen durften. Wir waren nur eine Nacht in ihrem Haus und durften dennoch nach unsere Yucatan-Rundreise einen unserer Koffer bei ihr für eine Woche unterstellen, da wir ihn für unseren Trip nach Oaxaca und Mexico City nicht gebraucht haben. Bei unserer Rückkehr nach Cancun hat sie den Koffer dann sogar zum Flughafen gebracht. In Mexico ist der Service oft nicht sonderlich gut bzw will man immer Trinkgeld, aber Yadira war das Gegenteil der Fall, sie wollte helfen wo sie nur konnte. Danke Yadira, für alles.

Große Unterkunft mit geräumigen Schlafzimmer, sauber und in direkter Nähe zum Flughafen. Perfekt als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit vor dem Abflug. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die sogar an den Flughafen fährt.

Etwas abgelegen mit keinen Essensmöglichkeiten in der Gegend - Uber Eats funktioniert aber gut. Etwas mehr Ausstattung in der Küche wäre toll.

Saubere Unterkunft in der Nähe vom Flughafen. Waren hier schon bei unserer Ankunft in Mexiko und haben es direkt auch für unsere Abreise gebucht. Empfehlenswert!

I booked this room the night before a flight out of Cancun because of its proximity to the airport (about 10 minutes by car). The room was brand spanking new, immaculately clean, modern, peaceful, and quiet. I had read all of the excellent reviews but was still surprised at the quality of the room given the reasonable price I paid. The owner, Yidira, is a lovely hospitable woman who has the means to get you to or from the airport for far less than what you would pay a random taxi. I have already recommended Closetotheairport to friends, who, like me, were looking for quality in a conveniently located accommodation.

Wi-Fi was not really working very well but I think that’s because the room was new . I see other reviewers have rated it quite well, so I assume it had to do with the new set up.

Very clean house and kind host and close to the airport

Baby crying until 2am, no restaurant around, too many gang dogs around, not being able to lock the room

The room and shower were very comfortable and allowed me to have a solid night’s rest before a long travel day. The location made it easy to get to the airport in the morning via Uber. But above everything, the host, Yadira, was an angel who went above and beyond to help me get to her property when taxis refused to go there late at night.

It’s a little complicated to arrive there from the airport

It was a convenient place to stay close to the airport which I was traveling the next day, great transit. Place is safe also has air conditioner in the room. Customer services was awesome.I would come again!

Far away from city, but I did not need to access the center or else.

The wonderful lady managing the property was outstanding. She picked us up from the airport and also drove us back, when we couldn’t get an Uber! She was incredibly kind. Highly recommend staying, perfect if you need to stay close to the airport!

The host Yadira was so kind and answered all of my questions quickly and in English. She kindly waited for us to get off the coach to take us to the apartment and the next day she took us to the airport, all for a small fee. The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. Very close to cancun airport. Muchas Gracias Yadira! Xx
