The location is just 20 minutes from Agaete port if you want to take a boat to the othee Canaria islands or 25 minutes to Las Palmas where you can find well organized beaches and facilities. Moreover it's just one hour from the Maspalomas amazing dunes which I recommend to visit! There is plenty of parking around the apartment, two nearby restaurants highly recommended. La Casa del Duende ans I due Galli. A little supermarket to buy fruits and a few things if need it, lovely walk with the sea next and the sound of the ocean while sleeping.

The facility has 3 apartments in 3 levels, just stairs and no mention of a basement apartment. I have been assigned the basement apartment with no description in the booking and no mention of no windows. Due to the lack of sun and no fresh air coming in high humidity in the room, lack of sleep and no option to put towels or bathsuits to dry outside. As soon as arrived I have contacted the facility to have another apartment but they were fully booked and just suggested to find another solution elsewhere and they will apply the cancelation policy which was definitely not the best customer care. As we were in the basement no phone signal and the wifi code was provided just the day after. I'm 6 months pregnant the last thing I wanted was to do to stairs with luggage, have a blinded room with high humidity and being treates as just money from the owners. I wanted also to try to use the roof top which was at the 3 level with no elevator and after 3 attempts the door was locked and someone had to come over to open it. The customer care told me I wasn't able to open it and it was unlock. Another way to treat very poorly customers. This is the first bad experience with booking which could not help either after contacting them.

Very beautiful and clean apartment, the most comfortable bed I have ever had on holiday :) Two terraces (the bigger one with the sea view, just one floor upper).

The equipment of the kitchen is quite poor (no bowl for salad for example, one pot...) but you can deal with it of course and at the end this is not a problem at all :)

nice but could have basic stuff in the kitchen like salt at least pretty view from the rooftop
