Huone ja kylpyhuone olivat tilavat ja valoisat, parveke ok. Näkymät Kandy Lakelle ok, vaikka toinen rakennus peitti näkymän osittain. Henkilökunta ystävällistä, vaikka ei pitänyt siitä, että järjestin itse kuljetukseni.

Kylpyhuoneessa oleva amme oli törkeässä kunnossa, hyvin likainen.

Nicht sehr sauber, etwas ungepflegt. Bett sehr hart und wenig Service.

Do atendimento O funcionário do hotel é bastante prestável e disponível. Ajudou-nos na gestão das deslocações (táxis/Uber/pick me), deu-nos dicas sobre a cidade e disponibilizou-se a guardar-nos as malas depois do check out. O pequeno almoço é excelente.

Das comodidades do quarto. Havia várias infraestruturas danificadas, nomeadamente o autoclismo, o chuveiro e a porta de acesso à varanda. Assim como da higiene do quarto, onde se notava alguma falha.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

If possible place Breakfast card in the Room or give to Guest on Arrival . Rest all ok.

Location is good. Manager is nice, he let us leave our baggage for one night.

We spent here 3 nights in 2 different rooms, cos we went to another city for one night. Nothing is like in the pictures. Starting with breakfast ending with rooms. We had bed sheets with stains, stinky room. Staff don't speak english, when I wanted to report that our AC doesn't work he could't explain what's going on. Wifi in the rooms also didn't work. The same thing with light. There was also annoying sound of dripping water at night. We paid for 3 adults and we didn't get a normal bed in one of  the rooms. We got extra bed for child which was very uncomfortable also got only two towels. We ran out of hot water very soon. I would not recommend it at all especially taking into consideration the price. At the end I reported all those problems to the staff and we got 3 dolars discount...

It was worth the price and the staff was very friendly and very supportive. Special thank to Hotel manager Mr. Jayasinghe , Mr. Mahesh and Mr. Prabath for giving best service.
