The location is good.
We stayed for two weeks and the sheets weren't changed, and the floor wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there. When you request maid service this is what you expect. They have one maid cleaning the whole property. The place wasn't dsigusting but it was poor. Also, in the bathroom the wire for the hairdryer lays in the sink. Crazy h & s issues there. Also, the bathroom sink is a ridiculous design. And they don't refill the coffee enough during the day. The prices need to come down for what you get.

The staff were friendly and let me check in early. Room is big and nice. Clean rooms as well.

Bed was comfortable, the night lights were nice to have, clean windows and bathroom. Lots of towels available in the bathroom. They have coffee and tea in the lobby. I asked for an extra pillow and the person at the desk was kind enough to provide me one.

A good location, close to Hollywood and many attraction’s
On arrival our room was a little dirty with hair in shower tray and stains on sheets didn’t see any staff other than check in

The good stuff: The facility was QUIET, which was SO nice! You could hear street noise, but nothing can be done about that. And it was an inside motel, that was really nice and felt safe. Usually in motels the doors are on the outside of the building. And overall, it was pretty clean. I also asked for a top room, and they were very accommodating with that.
What I didn't love: The bolt on my door didn't lock so I ended up putting a chair up against the door. I would have asked to move rooms, but I had a migraine that night and just wanted to go to bed. I did tell them about the lock upon checkout. Also, I saw several dark hairs around the room and on the pillows. I wasn't TOO upset, as I figured it was probably from housekeeping, but also, I didn't love that.

Great location for Hollywood Boulevard and views of the Hollywood sign although a lot of homeless living on the main road around the corner which made it unsafe to walk after dark. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and the rooms were clean.
The first room we were given smelt of damp so we asked to move and were given a much nicer room with a fridge and microwave.

I only saw one staff and that was at check in, and not the most friendly. Water pressure was non-existent.

Property was nice and clean. The room was a decent size. It had a microwave and a full size mini fridge. It was close to all the destinations we planned on visiting.
Our bed was a little squeaky, but didn’t really bother us.

They locked the doors at night. Sketchy area.
The reviews on here were fake , don’t trust the high rating. Sketchy area. No breakfast at all, despite advertising differently. The room was covered in dust, remnants of past bodily fluids, and tape from having a fresh coat of paint. “No smoking” signs didn’t deter the pungent aroma of everything ring smoked in the building.

Clean facility both outside and inside. Great location to attraction and eateries. Available hot tea and cold drinks in lobby 24/7. Good soundproofing.
Outdated dresser/side tables needs replacing to match overall modern decor. Bathroom tile needs updating. Desk chair stained and needs new upholstery. Could use desk lamp with USB port not included in room.

Clean room. Good location quiet surroundings. Near Hollywood Walk of Fame. Generally safe as the hotel is only accessible with a hotel keycard. Good value for the price!
No elevator access for the 2nd floor. Parking was $10/night wish it was free as it is not gated and open.

location, location, location , price was reasonable as well , so a base it was perfect.
we had a issue with bedding being changed , but was quickly resolved , no lift , so we had to carry suitcases up to next floor , we tried to get first floor but no vacancies.

Front desk was great answered all questions and advices us how to get around to certain fun places for kids. Very quiet. Perfect for a family of 4

This hotel is well placed and has a parking (10$)
It's interesting regarding the price of the other parking in LA.
Plus it's very clean and the bed are comfy.
No breakfast, and no coffee at all. But as you're really near Hollywood boulevard, you can easily find what you need
Otherwise, it's a bit expensive but... LA...

The location was perfect. A very short uber ride to everything. Could walk to/from Hollywood Bowl. The neighborhood
has some great bars and restaurants.

Comfortable beds, clean room. Compared to another hotels/motels in similar price - really good quality… however remember it’s US style ;) Good for one night - good location (walking distance to the Walk of Fame). Complimentary coffee, tea and sodas.
Noisy freeway next to hotel. Bathroom fan needs cleaning.

Secure place, need key to get inside. Looks nice inside. Very clean. Just basic room. No usbs. AC worked well. Good channel variety. Staff was friendly. Beds were more comfortable then expected. Fridge and microwave included.
Shower was made for small people. They really need to raise the height of the shower head. Shampoo was the same thing that was in body wash dispenser lol. They charge $120 incident fee so be prepared. Bed was stiff at first. Comforter felt like a curtain! But we slept well. A little overpriced.

It is in safer location as compared to the Hollywood Blvd. Also not very far from the walk of fame and the Hollywood sign. I had a pleasant stay.

Location is the best selling point of this inn.
Beds are not comfortable. If you stay at the ground floor, you will hear all the noise from the upper floor and you won’t be able to sleep.
