Superou nossas expectativas. O nosso quarto era grande, muito bem limpo, quentinho e aconchegante. Havia uma mesinha com café solúvel, chás, chaleira, copos e xícaras. A localização é ótima, fica perto de várias paradas de ônibus e chega em poucos minutos ao centro da cidade. Ao redor você encontra diversas opções de restaurantes, mercadinhos e até um cassino.

Acho que um ponto negativo seriam as portas, achamos um pouco frágeis. Mas nada aconteceu, é claro. Mas no futuro seria legal investir mais nisso.

The bed sheets and towels were clean. Staff sent code when arrived to enter. Tea and coffee suppiled on a table. Room was very cheap . The room was clean and tidy although sparse. There was a regular bus service. There was parking at the back but took ages to work out where it was. It had CCTV outside.

There was a strong smell of urine coming from the bathroom so kept door closed. I think linolium woud be better than carpet that holds smells. The shower base did not drain water away took ages so had to stand in a pool of cold water. There was no ceiling lampshade. I could not sleep as there was a bright green light at top of the door which shone directly onto my face. Room was very hot set at 5 and didn't realise I could turn it down manually until about midnight. I had to walk ages to get a a sit in cafe and area was very deprived. No tv or side lamp. It could easily made into a warm welcoming room.

Bathroom door was jammed, shower was blocked. Hopefully will be fixed for future guests.

Room was small but just what we needed for our trip. Clean and bed was comfortable

From after midnight there were boys in the room next to us clearly taking drugs and drinking music up so loud. Inviting people back to the room and shouting banging doors. One of them even said they were just in from stabbing someone elsewhere. No sleep at all. We were at a concert at the hydro so had a couple of drinks if I didn't have that I would have packed up and left at 4am. Contacted the owner the next day and all I got back was a thanks and hopefully they won't get back in. Booked it to sleep in a safe environment. Needless to say a total waste of money

The checkin process is very tedious and if there is no internet connection you are doomed as they send the checkin code by 3pm nearly during checkin time. So be prepared for some delays or call the person if you don't receive an email.

The location and it had WiFi (I thought it had said it wouldn't) . Overall it said what is was on the tin and was comfortable and clean.

I knew it didn't have a TV so I listened to the radio and watched my netflix but I did miss it. The room felt a bit drap (maybe a colourful bath mat?) and take the label from the pedestal!

Quiet location within walking distance of the city centre. Free parking

Very basic accommodation with an uncomfortable bed. The light in the toilet is on a timer and turns on automatically when the door is opened, consequently lighting up the bedroom for quite a while (a disturbance during the night!) All in all we didn’t sleep very well.

The service team was very poor, the staff not care to the customer and ignoring him. we were not comfortable with them.
