الشقة نظيفة و خدماتها جيدة و مرافقها رائعة

الاستلام كان متأخر لم تكن جاهزة رغم وصولنا متاخرين و لا يوجد استقبال

نظافة المكان و الشقة متكاملة من جميع الخدمات ( المطبخ و دورات المياه) و وجود موقف لسيارة

لا يوجد خدمات قريبه من السكن

شهادة حق ماشاءالله تبارك الله نظيفه جدا جدا والغرف واسعه ومفروشه ومتوفر بها مطبخ متكامل ودورات المياه متوفر بها جميع الأغراض الخاصه لذلك وأنصح بها لكم وساأكون من سكانها أن شاءالله في اي زياره للمدينه المنورة وكل الشكر لصاحب السكن للتعامل الراقي والصادق

It was like home very clean

Every thing was good

The attendant Mr. Imdad was extremely helpful in making our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Property was clean and well maintained except points mentioned down below. Will recommend others about this property.

Kitchen was not provided with some utensils but later on attendant was kind enough to bring it. Bath tub shower curtain was missing. No hangers in the closet. Also Iron stand was not available. There should have been some wipers in the bathrooms to wipe the spilled water as floor becomes slippery and dangerous.

مواقف السيارات محصوره ولكن توفرت بسبب قلة الساكنين وتعاون الاخ احمد جزاه الله خير

موقعه يعتبر بعيد عن الحرم بعض المواد والاجهزه الكهربائية الخاصه بالمطبخ لم تتوفر

المسافه الي المسجد النبوي شويه بعيده. لكن Uber حل. الموضوع. والتكلفة معقوله

السعر كان جدا قليل مقارنة بمستوى المكان من حيث النظافة والراحة

It is not hotel apartment, it was located in old residential building with no security, no help desk or cleaning services during my stay, no reserved car parking and there was work construction was ongoing in the location. Simply, it was the worse ever chose i had in Booking since u start using it.

The apartment was Clean ,, the furniture was nice

It’s far a way from almasjed Al nabawi

We have booked terrace apartment but get another apartment which is three Bed Apartment in AlDifayah Tower B. You will see Jable Uhud from Master Bedroom, Clean, Closest to Haram, Two dedicated Cleaners who manages all work check in, payment etc. There are three buildings Al Difayah A,B,C but Al Difayah A and B has Jable Uhud Mountain Views.

- Non Availability of Formal Reception for Check In and Helpdesk Staff for guidance. It took time to trace staff and check in. - On booking.com its not mentioned in which Al difayah building booking confirmed. - They dont have atm card machine so they can charge your country debit card. As International Vistor to Medinah went to nearest ATM opposite to Apartment Al Rajhi Bank ATM on road for cash withdrawal which was the big mistake and unfortunetly there is no recpetion or helpdesk staff available so we faced lot of hassale to find out nearest bank branch and visited several Al Rajhi bank branches to get the card.. Unfortunetly Bank staff denigh to return card as it captured by road ATM and based on Al Rajhi Bank rules it they can able to return ATM card that part of bank branch not road ATM. Please avoid to use that ATM if you are International Visitor Umrah and dont have AlRajhi Bank Local ATM.

عندما وصلت الى السكن تفاجأت بأن الشقة كانت في الطابق السفلي ( السرداب ) و لا يوجد مكان اخر شاغر و لم يتم ايضاح ذلك وقت الحجز ، بعض المناشف و الفرش لم يكن مغسول و نظيف

Suitable for family and clean.

Location is quite far from masjid nabawi.

Location & size of flat

Facilities are not yet completed, no washing machine, internet having trouble, it works smoothly in two room but couldn't connect in other two sides. Staff was working to get this fixed.

All was very good. Specially Mr. Abdullah.

In Basement one room have smell due to air pass issue

Property is clean and the owner is a nice person with flexible timings.

Cutlery needs a bit of attention as few things needs replacement like coffee mugs etc. but it doesn’t mean that the cutlery wasn’t good.

Trust me !!! It's like a home far from your home. Very comfortable and pleasant. Not at any moment you feel you are staying in a hotel like environment. Apartment is really welcoming. You shall take your home food at the apartment and warm it up at your leisure.

Only the distance to Haram is something what is a matter of concern. However with the taxi at SAR 10 you can reach Haram within 5 to 10 minutes.
