Great location for walking to restaurants and just across from fab beach. Early morning swim, paddle boarding and canoeing. Good walk into Nelson centre or could catch the bus. Hired a large SUV which was easy to park even though it is a busy road. Amazing dawn breaks and sunsets from the deck.

Busy road but could be that there were road works in front of property most of the time we were there. Did not hear it when doors closed.

Location, the house

Was not luxurious, bad odour from one the downstairs bathroom. Sheets on one one of the beds were dirty, stained, had to wash them before we could use them, thin and had holes in them, needs more luxurious appontments, such as shower products, tissues etc

Beautiful views, great location, very comfortable and had everything we needed!

There was nothing we didn’t like! however the steep stairs up to propertymight need to be considered by some people.

I don't normally bother with reviews but we really enjoyed our stay here and thought the property was great. A great location, great communication and very good facilities.

Beautiful holiday home- amazing views of the ocean - so handy to beach. Great facilities- a group of 4 women who each had their own room & bathroom - we all rated this as 5+ accommodation. Amazing to wake up to the stunning view & watch the sun set in the evenings.

The pillows are a little uncomfortable, all 4 agreed but we maybe spoilt with exceptional pillows at home :) Adding a coffee pod machine would be amazing ;)

Climbing the stairs to access this house is worth every step. From the arrival we were welcomed by fresh fruit & stunning views of Tahunanui beach even when it was raining, this house did not disappoint. You could simply cross the road to walk on the beach as their is an access way opposite the house. Awesome sunset views. Absolutely stunning & can best be described as a hotel within a home. Separate rooms each having their own shower with one with a spa tub. Living areas were practical. The kitchen facilities were very practical & had all the utensils on-site for us to prepare a wedding cake. All the living areas were beautiful, spacious & easy to clean. Conveniently close to the airport where you can actually see the plane fly past - we had several airport pickups to do so timed it perfectly when to leave the house to pick up other guests.

Absolutely wonderful with stunning views, brilliant floating architecture. Clean and close to everything you need.
