Location is good and basic amenities iron hair dryer breakfast is available. Decent south indian breakfast.

Rooms are v cramped and small. The roof also felt low. We had a mango tree outside which was good view. The imteriors etc are v good quality but size makes you feel suffocated.

The "receptionists" at the time of my arrival were not resourceful. The basic gesture of smiling while receiving guests would make them feel invited. I hope they would improve that as well. Except receptionists all the other staff, including security, hotel porter, cleaning and dine in staff were good.

Items in the pub are expensive.

Food was not good..very few options like idli and dosa for entire day also food was expensive. Restaurant should be good and should have options Room did not have cupboard to store clothes and other things . No hangers to hang clothes Bathroom door should have hooks to hang clothes The moisturiser was old and was stinky

Extremely scary and spooky night of my life. Absolutely unsafe for women. Complete lack of security. I was staying alone. 1.45 am in the morning, someone rings the door bell. In next few seconds I see a man opening my door and standing there staring at me. I screamed in fear and shock. When I called reception, they said the guy was a from housekeeping and opened my door using his MasterCard, by mistake. About an hour later, another guy rings my doorbell to deliver matchbox which I never asked for. Petrified and feeling extremely unsafe I requested for a room change which the receptionist obliged. Stayed awake the entire night in fear. In the morning at 8.45 a.m, a female receptionist calls to inform check out time is 11 a.m and any extra time is chargeable. She was fully aware of the previous night’s incident. These people are rude, unkind and don’t deserve to be hospitality industry. Will never, ever recommend this place to any female traveller. Shocked that booking.com rates such unsafe properties with 8+ scores.
