Availability of restaurants in the area and choices available for breakfast. The comfortable bed, good-quality lighting, and wifi were fast and strong enough to have multiple devices connect, with an excellent selection of entertainment available on TV. Good water pressure and hot water are available in a good-sized showering space.

Sometimes the noise in the corridors could be excessive.

Room was clean and comfortable but not outside areas to sit. Entrance was downstairs a bit hard to find. Building is a bit like and apartment block. Fairly new.

A bit of distance to the city centre but walkable . Beach was too far and too long a trip BREAK FAST WAS UPSTAIRS IN A FUNCTION ROOM/DINING ROOM. NOT MUCH CHOICE OF WESTERN STYLE BUT SOMETHING TO EAT

It was good. But not much of breakfast option.

Breakfast was good and location was good. The staff are quite friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious and clean. Had a modern feel to it with all amentieis that you can expect from a luxury boutique hotel. Although the towels supplied were very limited and no tisse paper was provided in the bathrooms

The hotel does not have a kitchen of their own. They provide outside food for room service. We had breakfast for our 1 day stay which was pretty average. The spread was limited and only 2-3 items were tasty. The veg and and non veg counter is managed by one visiting chef. Being vegetarians we could not eat dosa and utthapam from live counter as the chef was making egg items and dosa with bare hands at the same time right in front of us. The hotel did not have any baby chair for our 8 month old baby which was very inconvenient. The hotel provided only 2 bottles of mineral water bottles and charges extra for another 2 bottles that we requested for.

- The location couldn't be better - it was right next to the central railway station in Mangalore. - The staff were very courteous. - The checkin and checkout processes were very quick. - I could easily book a cab to the airport through the reception despite heavy, incessant rains. - The breakfast was really good - many options, good spread between veg and nonveg, tasty and healthy. - The wifi was superb - very high speed, and ideal to get work done or to watch netflix.

Just a minor issue - one has to go into the basement in order to get to the reception. But this doesn't take away from the stay at all. So, all good.

The policy does not specify that guests are not allowed in the rooms, This was big turn off since i was on a vacation and have many friends who I had to inform cannot visit me

the room was completely in mess and looks like they never maintained the room. bathroom tub was dirty and moreover the staff was highly unprofessional. construction notices in the night made it difficult to sleep. suite was for name sake. it would be better if as a woman solo traveller I stay in a more smaller room which is well maintained. asked stapler for staff they provided one but behaved such a way as if the guest would take away. lock on main door is malfunctioning and not repaired at all so safety concerns and insecurities would always remain although staff says no one can enter the room from outside unless they have a card key. it’s a decent nice hotel how I wish hotel staff had some sense of professionalism in them and had sense to understand this fact that guests live in a suite or any room for stress free environment not the one in which it doubles up. moreover they were demanding to pay money upfront which checking in.

I stayed for a very short time. So, I didn't get time to use all features and facilities. However, overall impression was awesome.
