We had 3 adults traveling for work, and we stayed in this lovely home. The house is very spacious and we loved the historical aspects. The space was open, accommodating and provided everything we needed. The place was able 0.7 miles from the conference center which was perfect for us. We loved this place.

Very unique home in a really great part of town. It was clean and beautiful and perfect for our trip to Denver.

Overall the house was great for our group of adults. Easy check in and the rental company was responsive. We were able to walk to a lot of places. The house is old and charming but the air conditioning can’t keep up with July heat and the upstairs was really uncomfortable trying to sleep at night. It would be helpful if there were fans to plug in in each room.

The place has a lot of character! Clean and they repaint quickly to emails.

The location is fun and interesting -- close to many restaurants, parks, biking, river access, and more. The house was as advertised. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. The only negative was the level of cleanliness was surprisingly low for such a nice house. Thank you!

This house was beyond beautiful. It was spacious with everything we needed. The host was communicative and easy to work with. Would love to stay again!

The home is lovely and clean. The beds were comfy. This is not the place to stay if you want quiet as the floors are so loud if anyone gets up you hear it. Doors are hard to shut and plumbing old. This home isn’t for the elderly as my mother had a hard time with the stairs, step up to the bathroom and many carpets that stuck up and were a tripping hazard. The house was warm and we had fun playing games and spending family time together.

This delightful home was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for my 50th Birthday weekend in Denver. It was a great location for walking to Rino, Downtown, Uptown, Larimer Square, and the theatre district. We walked everywhere! Easy access to bars, restaurants, nightlife. If walking wasn't comfortable, Uber arrived in moments. Our group of 5 also found the beds comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy rest and downtime between events. We especially enjoyed sharing coffee around the back patio. It was perfect for us! Thank you!

Tremendous Vrbo rental. Great location in the city. Close enough for us to scooter-gang to everything we wanted to do in town, and a great home-base for our visits to Red Rocks and white-water rafting and hiking. Shout out Joyce, phenomenal host and neighbor, she was so helpful and kind and is a super cool lady. The house is beautiful..plan to cook a night or two and use that awesome grill on the patio and eat outside, such a pleasant, pretty spot. It was spotlessly clean and had more amenities than any hotel. They really took the time to think about what you would want to make you comfortable and at home. The only minor hitch is the biggest bedroom with the sunroom and the fireplace, which is the best room-that's why I took it, can get pretty warm even with the a/c on, but just close the vents on the first floor and boom problem solved. Historical home with high-quality modern amenities. Can't recommend the host and the house enough. Go check out Meow Wolf! Oh and use their photo booth area! We tried on all the hats and played the piano badly and danced because we're cool like that. Awesome stay. Thanks again!
