Perfect location with beautiful mountain view. At the back of the property so quiet and peaceful. Love the property amenities. Easy check in. Highly recommend!

Great stay

Property is as described, very nicely decorated and very stocked kitchen. Unit is away from main pool but everything is a 5 minute walk and there are smaller pools within a one minute walk. We enjoyed being close to the mountains with a little privacy. Bikes were a plus for the teens. There was not shampoo/conditioner so we purchased and no extra sheets or pillow cases. We brought a blow up mattress and had to improvise with blankets. Both of these were minor and did not take away from our experience in any way. Recommend this property

This is the second time we have stayed in this property - we came back because it was so wonderful the first time and it did not disappoint. The location is excellent, the property is beautifully decorated and the kitchen stocked better than my own at home. The back patio has beautiful views looking over the mountains (hills) and is very private with heater and "fireplace" to keep it warm and toasty. Property manager was efficient and helpful. It is convent to many shopping places, good restaurants, and activities. It is a great place.

We rented this beautiful Villa for our daughter and her family. They could not have been more pleased with the space! Plenty of room to entertain a busy toddler in safe surroundings. The pools were a big hit along with the beautiful walkways for exploring the property. The villa was clean and the beds very comfortable. The keyless check in process was super easy! We will be back for sure!

This villa was reserved for my daughter traveling with her 2 year old. It was wonderful! They never wanted to leave! The villa is set in the back of the property with incredible views of the mountains! The keyless entry was super easy to use and the support team for questions was awesome! They can’t wait to come back!

The Villa was in a great spot with gorgeous views of the mountains. Convenient garage parking and amenities within the Villas.

Very easy check in process. Shana the rental agent was very attentive and great to work with. Unit is updated, very well appointed and backs up to the mountains, so nice views and easy walks.

Lovely comfortable house but we had trouble gaining access as we were told to use our reservation number and not our telephone number on the booking. We also could not work the TV in the main lounge in spite of trying everything. The guest services contact did not receive our email for a day or so but did then offer to come round to sort it. They said the TV in the lounge is always difficult to work so perhaps this should be sorted out. The house really needs a guest folder telling you where everything is such as the nearest store, some restaurant suggestions etc. We only found Old La Quinta village on our last morning after we had checked out! The house itself though is very comfortable, especially the beds! And the kitchen has everything you could wish for. Just a few teething issues to sort out.

This is a nice unit in a very good and quiet location. It apparently just became a rental so there were a few kinks to be worked out, but the property manager, Shana, was very attentive and took care of the issues promptly. We would definitely stay there again.

Spacious, great floor plan. Dual primary bedrooms + "kids" room with two twin beds. Large kitchen with higher end appliances. Loved the direct access from the 2 car garage to the laundry room. A slightly longer walk to the main pool, but quiet area in the community with nice mountain views. We've stayed in other villas at the Legacy and this one is higher tier in terms of furnishings, space, and amenities. Highly rated.

Beautiful villa with incredible amenities … not to be missed!!!

Very clean and well appointed. The representative of the owner was very accommodating to two seniors who needed assistance with the multiple tv remotes. Close to restaurants. We would return.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Legacy Villas. This is a very comfortable and well appointed unit. It doesn't get a lot of sun during the winter due to its location right next to the mountain, but the community has many pools to enjoy and it wasn't crowded. A bonus was the outdoor lap pool by the clubhouse - what a treat. I highly recommend this property.

Very clean and well appointed. My only suggestion is that it would be helpful if a binder containing instructions for the tv and outside heaters was furnished. Our evolve contact was very responsive. I would rent again.

Great property and location. Patio had a fire table and heater which was perfect for the cooler December evenings. Clubhouse pool and amenities were a highlight! Very secure location.

We planned a last minute get-away and found this place in the listings. It looked too good to be true but lived right up to the listing. The Legacy complex is beautiful with every amenity - pools, clubhouse, gym, and centrally located to many things to do. The home was better that we expected. Beautifully furnished, fully stocked, even an outdoor heater and fireplace on the back porch with great views - wonderful for that evening drink of wine. I would happily come back here again and would recommend it to an adult group, a family group, anyone wanting a lovely respite. Thanks for welcoming us.

Great property and so well curated! The entire villa is perfectly clean first of all. It's also well decorated and has everything you could want in the kitchen and throughout. I found the sheets to be a little scratchy, but I usually bring my own anyway. It's also right on the mountain so you have a lot of privacy, but its right across the street from the pool. The garage is also very well stocked with lots of pool toys, bikes, helmets, and games.

What a nice location in Legacy Villas with the mountains for a backdrop. The home was very clean and well appointed with all the amenities for a relaxing stay. The layout of the home is well designed with separate bedrooms at the opposite ends of the residence for added privacy. We enjoyed the inviting feel of the home with the large open area in the center of the house where everyone can meet for meals and entertainment. The patio facing the mountains is situated just perfect to enjoy your coffee outdoors in the morning or meals in the evening without the sun bearing down. We stayed at this property while attending the BNP Paribas Open. The property was clean & comfortable with the added bonus of being within short driving distance of the tennis tournament. Highly recommend!
