Property management awesome, great communication and quickly resolved issue we had. Bathroom tub and toilet need to be recaulked, but great kitchen and close to major attractions.

We were all very impressed with our stay. Lots of space. Comfy couches and beds. Lots of amenities available. We were especially happy that there was coffee one day as we had forgotten ours! Overall, an excellent weekend away.

The house was very nice and well stocked but the listing says it has a hot tub and it does not so that needs to be taken out of there so it was a little disappointing when we thought you might be able to go in the hot tub in the evening But other than that it was perfect to our family. Thank you.

This house is close to Washington U if you need a place to stay while receiving treatment and live out of town. It’s 3 miles away and a 12 min drive.
The kitchen is great and nicely stocked .
Beds have great sheets and comforters !
The 2 rooms downstairs are noisy as there is no insulation.
Our last night was miserable as there were tenants in the upstairs level and they were loud all night long! Very disappointing!
The staff is great & quick to answer all concerns and questions .

What a lovely historic home to stay in! We were visiting family from out of town and this house had enough room for everyone and plenty of room for us to visit. The beds were super comfortable and everything decorated really pretty. Will stay here again!

This place was perfect! The best thing was the location! It is central to all the places we wanted to go. I’m Luis the beds were so comfortable! Had enough bathrooms for everyone. We were able to enjoy good family quality time and we still had our own spaces when we needed to breakout and rest. I will definitely be booking this place again! So clean and comfortable. Felt safe and parking was a breeze!

Lovely, well kept, very clean house with every possible essential you can think of!
This old city house is modernly and beautifully renovated. Street parking was plentiful, though there is also a garage available. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and felt very safe. It is just a 10-15 minute drive to the downtown area.
Communication with the host was fantastic. They were super responsive and helpful.

Our stay in this property was wonderful. It was a beautiful space, great location and great response from the owners. We came to St. Louis for a sad reason, a family funeral, and their kindness and quick responses were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this home.

Great place!
This space worked great for our family vacation to St. Louis. It was very clean, and spacious. Everything was as described. The location was perfect for getting to many sites like the Arch, Union Station, and City Museum. The park is really nice too for walks, and just out the front door. We were a little disappointed the garage space was not functional during our stay, but getting a spot on the street out front was never a problem...there is just a lot of foot traffic outside due to the proximity of the park to the home. It had everything we needed!
