My family enjoyed out stay. Everything was nice, and as expected.

This was a perfect location to be close to the quarter but not right in the craziness that can be Bourbon St. The entry door was frustrating, it would take 3-4 time to get it to actually open.

This is a great little place with everything you need to be comfortable for a day or week in New Orleans. Would recommend this to all my friends!

We spent a few days in New Orleans. Our staying in Sonder apartment was perfect. The location and well equipped apartment fulfilled our expectations. Thank you to give us some extra while we were in NOLA. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay was great. The location was great for my family. We were close to everything and parkiwas super easy.

Good location for visiting Bourbon Street. Good bar on first floor. Room was VERY loud. Theatre outside was loading equipment for hours late at night. Lots of loud car noise all hours. Floors very squeaky, little sound insulation in the building. Neighbor in building screaming/fighting?? Late into the night 2:30 a.m. Toilet in main bedroom did not flush, had to take lid off the tank every time to flush. Bathroom was also tiny, hard to get ready.

Folks weren’t especially loud, the walls are thin. Realized this when my family was having a conversation at a normal volume but I could hear nearly every word they said down the hall at the elevator. Otherwise; great location especially for access to the streetcar lines and the French Quarter proper. Unit was immaculate and had NOLA charm.

The building on the outside looked worn down. We thought the inside would look rough as well! The inside was BEAUTIFUL, clean, and smelled awesome💕. The only issue is the entrance door on the (bar side) got kinda stuck had to re-enter code than pull hard.

6 of us stayed 4 nights. We were all quite pleased with this rental and agreed that not only would we would stay there again, we would recommend it to our friends!

First two nights was amazing and then our AC went out. it was reported so they delivered fans for the night. We were told someone would look at it the next morning so we asked to keep us updated. We got back later that evening to a 81° room. We had to call them to find out we was not going to have AC for the next 3 days in that room. We finally got moved from a 3 bedroom to a upgraded one bedroom with a pull out couch with a little reimbursement. When you're 6 ft 2"and 200 pounds pull out couches are not comfortable But we had a great time with our stay.

The unit was clean and had stocked with all we needed. Within walking location of lots of restaurants and attractions!

Too small, malfunctioning appliances, non kid friendly area.

Right in the heart of downtown - only a few blocks to Bourbon St and within walking distance of many cool sights. Condo was clean and spacious. The only downside is that you have to find your own parking. We used the hospital parking garage located a few blocks away.

Horrible management team. Unresponsive. Simply don't care. Here are some details: Cons (first and many) - Toilet in condo did not fill properly due to a flapper not sealing. Called management. The answer was basically "we'll look into it." Called the next day, responded to texts...nothing. Never attended to. Never fixed. Had to manually operating the commode myself. Their solution after multiple complaints? "We'll let you check out and not pay for the rest of the stay if you like." There were other rooms available that they would not offer us. Unbelievably poor response when a simple visit from a handyman could have handled it. This is a health and sanitation issue. Water pressure is almost a trickle. Full force water out of any faucet or shower head is a trickle. Ladies, good luck washing your long hair. Elevator doesn't always work. Press your floor number. Elevator stops. Door remains closed, then moves on. Several guests commented on this. This is a safety issue. ADA issue. Instructions for using PIN to enter the building were wrong. Bedrooms were decorated like a prison cell. Pros (one) Common living room and kitchen area was stylishly decorated. They only care about Instagram. Sonder has enough money to invest in properties and build a slick website. They don't have enough money to fix the plumbing. Good luck getting service should you stay in one of their properties.

Acceptable accommodations for our short two day stay. The primary expectation not met was water pressure in the unit. Upon reaching out, we were told there were other complaints from other units in the building and they were looking into the issue. Shower pressure was just ok; better than expected given kitchen and bathroom faucet/toilet flow. we found the dishwasher and clothes washer unusable due to low pressure. Maybe due to age and location of building. If so, you might want to include a ‘heads-up’ in your listing. I suppose early check-in fee is way to make more money, but think graduating fees for one and two hour earlier check-in went to an unnecessary extreme.

We loved the mixture of the old (brick walls,old wooden floors and large wooden beams) and the new or modern like the updated bathrooms and furnishings. There were 5 of us there and we all had plenty of space to enjoy the visit and each other. We were in the French quarters and within walking distance of all that we wanted to do and see. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that needs space for family and friends. We would stay here again. We loved the space.

The property is located by the Saenger Theatre, so lots of people in the evening and parking is expensive. One block off of Canal St. You have to leave the car and take the trolley or walk. If you move your vehicle, you will have to start over on parking and probably won't find another spot. The property building is clean and secure. The apartment was clean and the only noise is when they throw trash out at 2:00 AM, then you hear all of that. They provide guests with laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo, shower gel. Dishes, glasses, pans. Entry is through a small cocktail lounge, there is a passage through. Not interrupting tables, etc. Wash/dry towels provided for your stay. Management communicates with you via text messaging. Oasis in the chaos of the French Quarter.

Thin walls, and neighbors were loud, but not a huge deal.

In town for a conference and we loved our stay here. The apartment packed a lot of amenities into the floor plan. The beds were so comfortable. The Sonder staff were very helpful when we needed them during our stay. Water pressure in the main bathroom was sometimes low. Great stay overall!

Pictures in the listing were a little deceiving. Thought the place was much bigger than it was but it did serve our purpose. We had five people in there and one person had to sit on a dining table chair. Pool on the fifth floor was cloudy and couldn't see the bottom on the deep end so we didn't use it. Overall it was very clean and very close to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. Parking is expensive.

We were very happy with the apartment,it had 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms,perfect for us. It was close to many activities and has a parking garage across the street. We would recommend the apartment for a pleasent stay.

Rooms were very small. No closets or dressers to keep belongings. Living area small - one couch and a small table with 2 chairs. We didn’t really hang out there much but there was no space IF we wanted to

Location is convenient to Canal and French Quarter, however, be prepared to hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING that is going on in the unit next to yours. Regular level conversations from the unit next door sounded as if they were happening in our living area. The late-into-the-night next door escapes literally thumped the walls and by morning, it sounded as if someone were snoring right in my own bed as opposed to the one on the other side of mount's wall. The key code on the exterior of the building does nutmeat ADA standards as all buttons are completely flush. I went out of a cup of coffee and upon my return, had to get someone of the street to punch in the code as I am leanly blind and could not "feel" to execute the code. The punch pad on the unit did have raised numbers so I was able to negotiate that one independently. Communicating with Wonder as a management group was definitely a challenge. I did not fee they were customer service oriented. I didn't realize when I booked through VRBO that it would not be VRBO who could help. I don't think I'll stay at a Sonder property again, but will happily use VRBO to find a non-sender poetry in the future.

The location, cleanliness, comfort of beds, AC, shower pressure, and ease of access. It was all greatly appreciated. There was an issue with the wifi not connecting to TV, but they were able to have it fixed the next morning. Overall would absolutely stay again.

Property was a grand place to stay! Not too far away from the shopping, restaurants and sights of New Orleans. The architecture of the building is a wonderful blend of warehouse and the bones of the original building ❣️ We have been on six sister's trips now and New Orleans did not disappoint!

Great place to stay! Loved having 3 bedrooms and 2 baths since we are a family of 4, with 2 teenagers. As well as the clothes washer and dryer (detergent included). Not much of a space to hang out and watch TV. Hopefully watching TV is not your priority while on vacation in New Orleans! Would definitely stay here again.

My colleagues and I really appreciated this place for its location and communication via text about the internet being down/electronic issues. There were a few glitches like the hallway lights not working but they were quick to communicate working on it.

Overall good experience. Excellent amenities, place was clean. Location was good but a lot of construction and a concert going on so load jn was not as easy as I'd hope..
