We only stayed overnight, but we were very happy.

We had a short stay at this property and loved it.

It is a very nice small , clean home .
The only thing which was a problem that we had one bathroom and the sink was clod and took a long time for water to go down. We came for graduation and had no time to call and ask to be fixed . Also , ask your cleaning crew to vacuum under the sofa cushions . Otherwise it was great to stay at this property , modern , clean , quite .

This was our second stay. It is a nicely remodeled house in quiet neighborhood and convenient to various restaurants and activities. The home is nothing fancy but serviced as clean and comfortable home base while visiting Greensboro.

The renovations on this place were amazing. It is spacious, the HVAC, plumbing and parking were great. It was perfect for the weekend, but has long term potential because of the space and the fantastic kitchen.

We booked this house a year in advance of our daughters college graduation. We could not have been more pleased with the how immaculate the house was. There were nice added touches throughout the house. Snacks in the kitchen, water bottles in the fridge, mints with our folded towels on our beds and shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower! The beds were extremely comfortable and the owner was amazingly accessible and responsive. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful little house.

Really enjoyed staying here, Jason was very good at communicating, place was really clean and perfect for what we needed.

We were in town for a concert and the location was great. The home was exactly as depicted in the pictures and we all agreed that the beds and pillows were comfortable. Made bacon, eggs & toast for breakfast and all cooking tools needed were available and easily found. Jason was prompt with all communication before the stay. The yard of the house next door wasn't very well-kept, but we didn't feel unsafe in the area at all. I would definitely stay here again!

Lots of space. Neighborhood was older but pretty quiet. Rental had all we needed for our stay. Owner was very accommodating!

We stayed at the property for our son’s opening weekend of baseball at North Carolina A&T. It was about a mile from the field so extremely convenient. The place looked like it was just remodeled and very clean. We were provided with all the amenities you would need for traveling. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We would stay again.

This house is so cute!! We thought it was kind of in a bad neighborhood (visual judgment) but it was fine. We had no issues and it is SO close to everything we were here for. Beds are great for someone who prefers a hard mattress. House was impeccably clean. (Says the lady with ocd when it comes to cleaning). When we have an event here in the future we will definitely try to book this home.

This property is clean, comfortable and adorable.
The checkin process was super easy. The house was close to everything you need and in a quiet area. The property manager was highly responsive and friendly.
Highly recommend this property.

Great Stay
Overall the home was just like the pictures. Jason was very nice to let us enter 1 hour before check-in. This was just a quick overnight trip for us and left at 4:30am in the morning. The only thing I did not consider was that it was the 4th of July holiday. So, the neighbors did shot off fireworks but other than that…it was a great stay.

Great spot close to plenty of well reviewed restaurants. Went with my family for an NNL world competition at the Greensboro Coliseum, only 12 minutes away. The rental is next to a school, but is a quit area. Home was clean and well furnished. There were 4 bottles of water and some snacks provided as a welcoming. Overall we were comfortable and had a good stay.
