Our family had the best time at Flip Flop lodge. We highly recommend this cabin. The location is perfect and in a quiet setting. And only a few minutes to everything on the strip. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing to have. All the amenities were perfect for us. Jia was so helpful and very communicative and we would love to stay here again!

This was our second time to stay here. The cabin is clean and well maintained. Gia is quick to respond to messages. The location is perfect if you wish to be close to town.

Overall we loved this cabin! Tons to do at the cabin including the pool, hot tub (which was very nice!), arcade games and smart TV’s. The cabin was clean upon check in and stocked with fresh towels and clean linens. What really set this stay apart was the owner. The communication was great throughout the process. When we informed them that the coffee maker wasn’t working, they sent a new coffee maker within 4 hours! Truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay.

The cabin was great and we all had a blast. Very conveniently located.

Highly recommend staying in this beautiful cabin. It private, spacious, very clean, and very centrally located. Really appreciated not having neighbors on one side too. The upstairs game area was great Really enjoyed the air hockey table and two arcade games. We made good use of the indoor pool and private hot tub on the lower level. Views were beautiful too. Truly appreciated being able to bring k-cups for use in the combo Keurig/drip coffee machine in the morning. The combo washer/dryer machine was centrally located on the first floor right off the kitchen allowing me to easily do laundry while making breakfast. Highly recommend this house and would definitely return in the future!

I was born and raised in the area but left over 25 years ago for the military. Back in town to visit family and this property made the visit even more special. Jia’s communication and description of the property was perfect! The location was absolutely perfect, like a mile or so from the parkway, but you’re definitely away and feel like you’re in the mountains. The cabin was everything described, clean and well laid out. The pool was really cool and bigger than I thought! And of course the hot tub and view were great. Appreciate the stay! Jermey L.

The house was great and was exactly as advertised. The home had plenty of room for our family of six and was great for children. They loved the pool, jacuzzi, table hockey as well as the arcade games. I loved that they had king beds instead of queens. Best of all was location. 5 minutes from basically everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Recommend 1000%!!! This place is even better than pictures, It’s so beautiful and spotless clean. Very spacious & has everything you need to have a great time with family. Loved how it’s super super clean. Overall loved this place so much, will definitely be returning with my family.

Wanted to spend the weekend with family and do some hiking. Being from Florida and S Georgia we thought Pigeon Forge would be perfect. The Flip Flop Loge was perfect from location to Main Parkway, the layout of rooms and the Hot Tub after long hikes. The owner was very communicative and really wanted to make sure we had a great stay.

The house was perfect for our family getaway. Kids loved the pool, as it was the perfect size for them. The first floor bedroom was great as it was accessible for our guest with mobility issues. However, we did not realize the first floor bathroom had a bathtub, and not a walk-in shower. Keep that in mind if you are looking for a home with total accessibility. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to Pigeon Forge (3 minute) but still out in the mountains for nice views. Very nice cabin.

The internet went out after 24 hours which meant no TV and the host expected us to stay there for Spectrum to come!

My family and I had a great stay at the flip flop lodge. We had plenty of room and the place was very clean. It was equipped with some necessities. The Keurig was a nice addition to the kitchen. We also enjoyed the Roku tv’s with Netflix and Disney channel available. The adults and children enjoyed the Ms Pac-Man game and air hockey. The pool was nice, but to cool for the younger children. There was construction being done in the neighborhood and with remnants left in front of the cabin. (Pipes, cardboard, trash). It was a little confusing to get to and from the parkway. But our GPS helped with that. We were disappointed with the traffic getting in and out of Gatlinburg. We have visited in this area every year for the past 10 years in the month of February and have never encountered the craziness of the traffic as we did this trip. (We usually choose February to visit as it is usually an off season and really quiet and slow). When we went into Gatlinburg we could not find parking anywhere so we turned around and went back into pigeon forge. Which took us 2 hours to do using the bypass of all things. Anyway, All in all we still had a wonderful time and enjoyed the Hatfield & McCoy show. Would highly recommend this dinner and a show to visitors. Check in to the flip flop lodge was easy and our host was easily accessible if we needed him. All the beds were super comfortable and I would recommend a stay at flip flop lodge to others.

We had a wonderful time! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was close to town and the roads were easy to travel. It was a great home away from home for us all!!

The cabin was very clean. Cabin located close to all the activities but yet feels like you’re in the mountains. Communication with the host was fast and helpful. Loved having a private pool and hot tub for just our family to enjoy. Beds were comfy. We had an excellent time.

Nice cozy place. Very close to everything and main strip. Good communication from host. Construction crew working next to cabin and driveway area. Left equipment somewhat in way,( but good reason to was to block open holes they dug), but we made best of it and had a good vacation. Kids loved the arcade games and pool.

Everyone enjoyed the amenities. The property was extremely clean and the owners were a pleasure to deal with.

What a wonderful cabin! Our family enjoyed it very much! The kids loved the games and my husband and I enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch! It is so roomy yet so cozy! Great communication with the owner! Only 5 minutes from everything!! Highly recommend!

The place was wonderful, clean, and easily accessible to the Pigeon Forge strip. The place provided enough entertainment with the arcades, air hockey, and pool to allow some down time at the lodge as well. Great place - highly recommended.

My family and I all had a great time at the Flip Flop Lounge. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There are many things to do in area no room for getting bored. Racetracks, mini golf and the Island. Shops and aquarium and plenty of restaurants.The house is at the end of street so it would be a good choice house if you had younger kids that away if they go out or if you seat out on porch it is nice and quiet. The host Jia is very nice and was fast about getting back with any questions that I had. The house was nice and clean. For a few minutes everynight we would see fireworks go off while sitting on the balcony.We would definitely like to spend another week there again.

Our experience was terrific! The owners were responsive and helpful. The cabin was perfect for our family, which ranges in age from 6 to 72 years. The pool and jacuzzi were enjoyed by everyone. The location was ideal. We were close to great restaurants, Dollywood, and the mountains! Highly recommend this house!

Beautiful cabin with amazing views. It was cozy,private, spacious and super clean. We enjoy indoor pool, games room with well stocked kitchen. Host kept communication very professional. We would definitely book again.
