The property was great. We liked the location. Easy to get to the beach and not far from restaurants. A quiet neighborhood so perfect for families. Happy with our stay and would recommend to others.

We flew in from Texas for the joining of 2 large Italian families. The group staying at the house was Grand Mother, Daughter, Grand Daughter, 2 Cousins and Me (Husband, Son-in-law, father and Cousins. The house was everything we needed; Central Kitchen (Italian food thing) bedrooms and most important Bathrooms for wedding event prep. Pool and hot tub beautiful and a place of relaxation and evening close out.

Plenty of space, amazing accommodations and the perfect outdoor space. Great location for ease of access to everything.

The house is very well located. Everything you need is within walking distance : beach, restaurant, grocery store, drugstore, pier. We were a group of 8, and it was a little short on the patio drinkware and plates. It would be great to add more. Apart from that, the kitchen and the house in general is very well-equipped. The backyard is amazing. Beautiful setup. There are plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach toys. All in all, a perfect stay.

Between the high gloss floor tiles, tier level floor (step ups) and pool/spa wet feet, one had to be extremely cautious of every step. Showers and tubs were also very slippery. Broken glass was found throughout the week on the patio and in spa/pool. The dishwasher didn’t work properly as a piece kept coming off during use. Kitchen sink was clogged upon arrival. The filter in the refrigerator was leaking. On further inspection there was a crack found in the filter hence we removed the filter and had no ice for the week. Primary bath shower had very slow drainage. Two of the shower drain covers were dislodged. Back yard was a vacation oasis and location was excellent.

Spacious, clean, fairly modern house in a great location. Few things need to be addressed such as hot water in one of the showers. Jacuzzi not working. Lack of Supplies such as garbage bags and toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher pods. Nobody wants to have to run out to the store as soon as You get there for things that should be available. Otherwise Overall a good experience

We spent afternoons and evenings swimming and using the hot tub. Pool floats, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys were available for use as well. The house was furnished with everything we needed and having 3 full baths was nice. The house has settled (uneven floors and door frames are tweaked) and there are some small home improvements that could be done. House was clean and overall a good rental.

Great place for two families to stay. Easy walk to the beach and several local restaurants. House comes equipped with everything needed for a great day at the beach or to cook/grill at home. Backyard pool is a beautiful oasis.

I've rented many condo's/homes over the years, and this was by far the most accurate description and also the most well stocked of them all. Extra towels, laundry/dish detergent, toilet paper, spices and plenty of dishes.

Great location! House was extremely clean, and the outdoor patio & pool area was beautiful. Easy check in process, good communication with the property management company. When we reported an issue they responded the next day and offered us a resolution and provided a later checkout time. The washer/dryer was incredibly helpful, as well as the coffee maker and juicer. As a note - The house has some small step-downs in several areas between different rooms which can be a trip hazard if you’re not paying attention. The A/C system in the house is excellent but the back bedroom to the right of the main sofa area is the one area of the house that doesn’t seem to get much airflow. Lastly there’s a camera over the pool and outdoor patio area, which is supposed to be to monitor sound levels in case there are noise complaints but it’s quite creepy.

House was clean but needs many small maintenance issues corrected. Many of the pvers around poll are uneven which cn cause tripping, the back door brely latches locked, many outlets sticking out of wall which not good for kids. The master bedroom was always hot evn when thermostat turned own. The doors slam open which means house has shifted or is singing, floors are uneven. Check in/out process was very easy. f all that was fixed, it woul b a "10"!

We thought the beach would be the highlight, but our group of 5 adults and 3 kids (9,6,2) absolutely loved the backyard. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect and we often said how if we were able to build a backyard pool, this is exactly what we'd do. We ate every dinner outside, which was so lovely coming from frozen Chicago. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, even with things like cooking spray. There are wide step downs from the kitchen to family room, which was fine for us but could be hard for a young toddler or elderly person. The tile throughout the main floor and bathrooms as well as showers is super slippery, so consider shower shoes. The pool/beach towels, beach chairs were high quality, which was refreshing for an AirBnB. They have lots of kids stuff on hand, which would have been great to know so we didn't lug it on the plane with us! PackNPlay, potty chair, stroller, books and a couple of toys. Being able to text with the property management company was amazing. They were very responsive when we needed something! The location couldn't be beat. A five minute walk, or less, to the beach and a walking distance to Lucky Fish tiki bar and the Pompano Beach pier/playground. Everyone ages 70 to 2 had a wonderful vacation.
