The house was clean and nicely furnished....I loved the shower! Location was great and plenty of room to park my truck. Dane was just a phone call away and answered quick. Would definitely stay here again!!!

This location was perfect for our stay. The house is beautiful, and has all the essential features that a family needs when they’re away from home. Our host Dane was very accommodating and responded quickly when I reached out. I would absolutely recommend this home.

Location of the home was in a safe and friendly neighborhood. The neighbors came by the yard and all said hello as we were coming and going. It’s on a street that gets some traffic but definitely not a main road and was quiet. The home is fully stocked and one of the most clean homes I’ve rented. We had a wonderful stay and were allowed to enter the home earlier than normal check in. Loved the beds, no squeaks and mattresses and pillows were comfortable.

First let me state that your home is beautiful! The location, cleanliness, accommodations, and space were perfect for my family while visiting Memphis for the first time. Convenient to downtown and close to all the sights the city has to offer like Beale Street, The National Civil Rights Museum - Lorraine Hotel, Stax Museum, Graceland, and The Memphis Rock -n- Soul Museum. We also ate at some of the local eateries around the city as well Gus Fried Chicken is a must when staying here and check out Charlie Vergos Rendezvous for the best ribs and Greek Salad in town! Dane was a great host, very responsive and answered any questions or requests that we may have had in a timely manner. Much appreciated! Once again, I can’t say it enough location, location, location. We will be recommending your home to our friends and family and next time in Memphis we know where we’re staying.

This home was the perfect fit for our stay in Memphis. Close to all we wanted to do. Beautiful home, very roomy, very clean, all the amenities were just great! The showers were nice, with nice towels, soaps, shampoos and conditioners. Laundry facilities were great too. I would say, the pillows weren't perfect, but of the six of us, three brought our own anyway, so no problem. We would most definitely stay here again!
