We had the best weekend with family and friends at this beautiful home. So much outdoor space for gathering and enjoying. The interior was gorgeous and such well appointed house. We can’t wait to return!

This was our 3rd Christmas holiday at Aggieland Lookout and just like the two previous stays, it did not disappoint! Our group of 15 enjoyed the warm weather on the patio day and night. Between the backyard putting green, great driveway for kids to ride their scooters, TV for football, grill for the hotdogs, and campus right across the street for convenient strolls, we were always entertained. The Lookout is the ultimate place for a group of Aggies to stay! The home is very spacious and the interior architectural and Aggie details are delightful. For additional entertainment, we had Ryan Price, a local photographer, meet us on Campus at the Century Tree for a family photo session and we visited the Aggieland Wild Animal Safari. Our three-night stay was awesome! We would like to thank the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us! It is fondly referred to as the “Christmas House” by our grandchildren!

We only wished we could have used the fireplace outside. But it was great and location amazing. Thank you!

This was a wonderful property for our group. We had plenty of space! Plus, you’re right across the street from campus. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed house for graduation. Family ranged from 20 to 81, and EVERYONE had something to do. The putting green was a huge hit. Spacious rooms and a chefs kitchen for cooking meals. Awesome.

This is a beautiful home and property with plenty of room for three families depending on the size of the families. It is directly across from the university and very close to Kyle Field. It was perfect for our celebrations for Final Review, Boot Dance and Ring Dunk. The outdoor covered entertainment area is very large with lots of seating. Again, perfect for our celebrations given it was a very rainy week-end. Aggieland Vacations Rentals made the entire process easy and was very accommodating to our needs and requests. I would highly recommend this property. One thing I would note that you don’t see on the website is the property does sit directly on George Bush Blvd. so there is a traffic noise factor especially if you are outside. That didn't deter us from having a fabulous week-end at this beautiful home.

Couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate my kids accomplishments, ring dunk &LVN graduation. Location was perfect, couldn’t have asked for better weather. Highly recommend this property for a larger group looking to get together and enjoy some awesome outdoor amenities in College Station. Property manager was very helpful with everything we needed and house was better than expected upon arrival. Would be the perfect Gameday weekend house if available but plenty of fun for a non football weekend stay as well.

The house is beautiful and everything about the property is high end and well appointed. Great indoor kitchen and outdoor kitchen. Great area to watch the game with multiple TV's inside and out. At one point we had 6 different football games on between the living room and outdoor patio, which was perfect for our group. The beds/linens are very comfortable and there is plenty of parking for a large group. There is a separate garage apartment in the backyard that has a tenant living in it. Our only minor complaint is that there is a lot of road noise in the backyard from the traffic on George Bush. But, this is to be expected with the awesome location just across from campus. Overall this house was a great fit for our group and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable College Station home near campus.

We stayed at this property this past weekend and can't say enough good things about it! We loved the large, open floorplan inside, as well as the large patio outside with lots of seating! It was perfect for our family and friends! The kitchen had every item we needed. The decor of the house is absolutely beautiful and there were many "extras" in the house that made our stay comfortable. The bunkroom was great for our daughters and their friends. We all enjoyed the putting green outside, as well as the outdoor t.v.'s to watch the Aggie and Astros games. We brought a cornhole game and the kids enjoyed that also. We were fortunate the weather was so beautiful and we were able to spend a lot of time outdoors! Would highly recommend this property if you are visiting College Station and need a large house for friends/family!

This property was a great space for a large group of people. We all fit comfortably and enjoyed our time there. It’s a little noisy because it’s off the main road, and parking was a bit complicated, but we figured it out. Overall great venue!

Our family of 10 adults and 5 young children had the best holiday gathering at this property. College Station is our happy place so when we saw this property walking distance to campus, spacious and accommodating for our large group, large outdoor patio and enclosed yard, we knew this was the place for us. It it exceeded our expectations! We can’t wait to return!

This property is everything described. If you have a big group in College Station, this is a must stay property.

The house was very clean, instructions were all very clear, it was in a great location, and easily accommodated 17 women for our retreat! There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy ourselves without feeling like we were piled on top of one another. Although it is located right across the street from the university, it still felt very private and secluded. Definitely would stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our team!! Our girls love it and so do the coaches!!! Thank you for your hospitality!!

Amenities/proximity all made for a spectacular Aggie football game experience!!

We had the good fortune of staying at the Pershing house last week and had a blast. Love the open concept, high end finishes, and the backyard! This will be my go to place in College Station from now on.

All things worked as advertised. Lots of room for adults and kids. Back porch was really nice in evenings; with a breeze, lighted putting green and room for family activities inside and out.
