This property was very clean and communication with host was very prompt. There were a few amenities listed that were not in the property which we could have used. There were not enough eating utensils which we called about and someone brought to us in a couple of hours. There was no toaster or blender. Also, the property sleeps 8 people and we had 7, however the kitchen table only had 4 chairs. We ended up having to use 2 bar stools and a chair from the living area. We would have loved to have more outside furniture as well as the weather was beautiful. There were two comfortable chairs and two metal chairs to sit on the deck. A suggestion would be to have a drip coffee maker or a coffee maker that uses KCups. We had to bring our own coffee pot as the one that is there is a Nespresso machine and we were not able to buy pods for it other than online.

Loved it, location was fantastic. Exactly what the golf trip needed.

The house was clean and updated as reflected in the photos. The check in process was easy and simple.

Very well-kept property

The home was great for our family for a weekend wedding stay. The house was very clean and fully equipped. Just wish it had a regular Keurig coffee maker and a TV in each bedroom. Also, there was the smell of mold in two of the bedrooms. Lastly, the backyard and deck could have used a little sprucing up! We had great customer service! One of the gals even hand delivered extra coffee pods because we were having a tough time finding the correct one's for the Nespresso Machine. We would stay there again and will def go back to this owner! My sister stayed in another one of his homes and it was ADORABLE!!!

The property was nice. The neighborhood was a mixed bag. Some houses nicely remolded and some not so much. The location was great. The large eye on the gas stove came off and we could not get it to go back on.

Just perfect! We loved this house for our biz trip stay in Charlotte. The layout was great, and attention to detail was fabulous. Super clean with special touches throughout.

Great proximity to downtown

Front door lock has issues, and key pad not functioning. Record players and TV remotes inoperable. Some TV remotes also missing. Overall very nice and great location close to everything, but still residential neighborhood

Very clean home. Large rooms. Quiet neighborhood.

Overall everything was great. It was clean and in a great location! The team was also very responsive when we had issues with the door. They answered on the first ring.

Was in Charlotte for business, but this property felt like a home away from home. A wonderful location close to everything we needed, and the place itself was clean and comfortable. I will most definitely stay here again when the opportunity to return to Charlotte arises.

Perfect walking distance to Charlotte Metro Ampitheatre - great place to stay if you are coming into town for a concert at that venue. Short Lyft or Uber to restaurants in Uptown or breweries and night life in the South End. Property has been newly renovated and is in great condition.

The Property Mgr. was outstanding, the Property and neighborhood was GREAT! I'm looking forward to coming back to Charlotte, NC. only if the Property Mgr. is working..Great JOB!!!!!¡!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!

House was a great place to stay in Charlotte. Just like the pictures. The neighborhood is up and coming but the cameras around the property help you feel safe.

Had a great stay! House was clean and check in was easy. Great location for a show at the Charlotte Amphitheater-could even hear the band rehearsing during the day!

Incredibly updated and beautiful home that was perfect for my visit with a group of friends! It looked like it was out of a magazine. Very spacious, a good location that was an easy ride to bars/restaurants as well as extremely attentive and accommodating hosts. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone!
