This property had plenty of room for our group of 4 women. It was well appointed with everything we needed and immaculate.

We showed up about 30 minutes early the house was not ready. We received word from the cleaning crew the house would be ready in 30 minutes. They didn’t show up for 45 minutes. In the interim we went inside and the house had an overwhelming smell of mildew or mold. In addition there was a dead roach on the floor. We contacted the property manager expressing our concern. We decided not to stay in the property and we’re assured we would be rebated. I called back the next day and got the same reassurance. Three days later I got no feedback and contacted them again and I was told we would need to contact VRBO. If you choose to rent this property be cautious as the owner and property manager do not follow up and correct issues despite their reassurances

The house was very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The twin beds were a little uncomfortable , otherwise the stay was perfect.

The host was so accommodating and responsive and the house was just perfect. Plenty of space and all the comforts of home! Thanks for the bottle of wine it was the perfect touch!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property because it was so close to all of our activities. It was very clean and perfect for our time together!

My team of colleagues and I needed somewhere to stay while attending a trade show. This was ideal for everyone to have their own room, two full baths and worthwhile kitchen. It was a quick in-and-out for us, but we appreciated that this was in a great neighborhood and felt very safe.

We were in Greensboro for the Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band concert. My family and my brother and his wife all wanted some time together since we were coming from different areas so we chose this home. It was better then we could have imagined. The home was very clean and beautiful. The layout was wonderful as is the neighborhood. The house is very nicely supplied with kitchen items as well. The backyard was perfect for our four-legged family member. Communication with owner was professional and timely. A beautiful place - we will definitely stay here again for future Greensboro trips!

My husband and I and our adult children and spouses came into town for a funeral. This was the perfect place for us to come in the evening, to enjoy each other’s company in a comfortable setting and get a good nights sleep. It’s also in a nice neighborhood.

We were actually very pleased with the house, its layout, the closeness to groceries and to Guilford College. We couldn't have been more comfortable! Thanks John for allowing us to stay at and enjoy your place.

We stay here a lot when traveling for dog shows, it’s great!

Beautiful quiet location. Perfect for elderly father as all on one floor and just a couple entry steps to get inside. There were 6 of us and had room for more. Nice fenced back yard for the dog.

Family stayed here for a long 3-day weekend in Greensboro.

This is a nice, well-equipped home in q quiet Greensboro neighborhood that is very convenient and accessible.

Everything you’d need and more, privacy fenced back yard was perfect for our dogs. Really nice, quiet neighborhood and convenient to restaurants.

This Greensboro home was perfect for our recent trip for our niece’s graduation celebration. The listing was accurate (everything is close by) and John was super quick to reply when needed. The house was super clean and the neighborhood was very walkable and very friendly. We traveled with two families of four and two dogs and never felt cramped. A bonus feature was the doors separating the various sections of the house. The early birds and night owls never disturbed each other. We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was quite satisfactory. Only 2 of us plus our furkid. Fenced back yard made the stay even better. Could not adjust temperature and dislike smart TV’s. No local news available

4 very comfy bedroom and two full baths proved to be a perfect fit for our family gathering to the area for a graduation. The Home was spotless and all linens dishes etc were there. Including a much needed ironing board for very travel weary dress up clothes! Cute BBQ and nice deck area. The neighborhood was walkable and friendly, close to everything Greensboro and more. Only tip I’d offer maybe some games, cards but we bought some. Would recommend this and will certainly be back again. ❤️

We were 4 couples coming to Greensboro for a concert. The home was great and each couple could have their own bedroom. The home has everything we needed and has great rooms for relaxing and chatting. Everything was clean and the owner was very good at communication

The home is a good size for a family or two or an extended family. It is simple and met our needs for a clean, comfortable stay. The owner is very responsive, which was great, although we only had a question or two. The neighborhood is quiet and appeared to be very safe. Less than 2 miles away is a great shopping center (restaurants, cafes, and stores), and there are many other strip malls/centers within minutes from the house. I think it was only about 15 minutes to downtown. We were so glad we could bring our dog, too. We could easily walk him. As a note, if you have a sensitive-nosed pet, it will sniff around, as there have been other pets at the house, too. We would stay again.
