We stayed here with two other couples to attend a concert. It was absolutely a perfect location to walk to the amphitheater as well as all the fun things to do in Bend! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house had all the amenities we needed and we never felt like we didn't have enough space. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, whether you're staying as a group of friends or as a family.

This property offered so many ammenities all in walking distance to town. Unfortunately, we were too busy to experience the hot tub, fire pit, or ride the bikes. We will be back and will rent this property again.

House was great! Very clean and had everything you could need for essentials. The location was amazing. Walked to town and neighborhood hot spots for beer, wine, food and fun. We really enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable rental with excellent amenities. The hot tub and fireplace were greatly appreciated by our group after a day of skiing. Excellent location that's a short walk to various bars and restaurants.

I got in late, but the next morning, I snuck out the side gate and went for a great run down around Drake Park and the surrounding neighborhood. A quick soak in the hot tub, which had been warmed up for me prior to arrival, made for just about the best way to start my day imaginable. It's super convenient I was able to walk to Downtown for some great food and just a few minutes drive to all the things Bend has to offer.While I was here on business this time, I can't wait to come back with the fam next time. I'll be staying here again. I'm sure the host would have been responsive, had I needed anything, but it was perfect.

Great place in a perfect area. Never had to use our car, we could bike (bikes are provided ) everywhere!! Smart home in historic district with all the amenities you will need!!! We would definitely stay there again. Our dogs loved it too:))

This property is recently renovated and very well stocked. I was worried this was going to be one of those properties that photographed well but was actually beat up in person. Not the case at all. There was a rice cooker, blender, utensils, pots, and pans. Everything I needed to make nice meals was there. While I went with adult friends this place is very kid/family friendly. The dog accessories (blankets, bed, bowls, etc) were a nice tough. The beds were very comfortable. The stainless steel island is restaurant quality, not wobbly at all. The couch, chairs, and dining room chairs were surprisingly comfortable. I was worried they wouldn't be looking at the photos. A++ property. Would gladly stay here again.

Clean, updated and great location! We loved using the bikes to get around town and enjoyed the hot tub at night. Beds were comfortable and the house was a good size for our group of 4 adults. Would love to come back and bring my dog! Hosts were quick to respond during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was beautifully remodeled, very clean and had everything we needed for cooking meals. The location was great, we typically stay on the west side of Bend but found this location perfect for walking access to old Bend, the Mill District, the river and the local restaurants and breweries. The only down side we had was that the hot tub was unable to maintain temperature despite following all of the owners instructions. Lyndsay was quick to respond and we had an on site visit to repair the tub. One thing to note is that the check out instructions that are on site were different to the emailed instructions from the property owner. I'd recommend getting these aligned as I followed the on site instructions and only realized later that there were additional items I should have addressed. We would definitely stay at this property again. Can't wait to return to Bend!

We stayed at this property with friends for my wife's birthday. Nice clean place and lots of little details. Great location close to groceries, food, and just a short drive up to Mt Bachelor.
