Our group of 5 loved this home! My favorite VRBO to date! Beautifully appointed, lots of supplies, very clean, and communication with host was great. Highly recommend!

I stayed 3 nights with family to visit the area which mainly included the Biltmore Estate. The 6 of us felt that the home was clean and quiet, making it enjoyable to hang out in. Communication was quite easy as I did have a couple questions during our stay. Our hosts were very accommodating. We also appreciated how very well stocked the pantry items were even though we didn't do much cooking. Ice packs already frozen were handy since we decided to have a picnic. The bowl of chocolates and other touches like the books scattered around were nice to have. I even borrowed one of the books showing before/ construction pictures to compare while strolling the Biltmore gardens. Overall, we really enjoyed the house and the central location to all the places we visited.

Lovely cottage on outskirts of town. Quiet and peaceful

This house was perfect! The owner thought of everything. It was like staying at a friend’s house. The kitchen was full of all of your cooking needs, the bathrooms had all the soaps, plenty of kiddo stuff so you don’t have to pack all of the extra stuff. The owner was also extremely helpful with suggesting plenty of places to eat around town. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place right outside the city of Asheville. Highly recommend staying here! Will return for my next visit.

We stayed in this lovely home over the New Year's Weekend. It was perfect in every way! Loved the furnishings and living spaces. Meticulously appointed with everything we needed to ensure an enjoyable stay. All the bells and whistles in the kitchen and the bathrooms. There was literally nothing we needed except for food and beverages. Susan was probably one of the best property managers I have ever had at a VRBO. She replied to my email questions immediately and provided me with her cell phone. Love love love this home and plan to visit in the future!!!

Susan was great! The house was cozy with fully stocked kitchen ,bathroom, pantry, games for days ,tons of cozy blankets and she left special treat in the fridge from NYC. The cottage was tucked away in a quite neighborhood but minutes from Biltmore and Asheville. We will definitely rent the cottage again and for a longer stay of 3 days. Thank you Susan for opening your home up and Merry Christmas.

The host went the extra mile to make her home the perfect beautiful and peaceful getaway. It is abundantly equipped with LOTS of extras and sweet surprises! It did not disappoint at all, and we would definitely love to return!

This house is wonderful! All of the infrastructure elements are new and of top-notch quality and working order. The furnishings are very sturdy and functional. The decor very attractive and homey, and there are so many conveniences. There are tables next to neary every seat. The deck is just perfect. The natural surroundings are quiet and beautiful. The owners have supplied nearly everything that anyone could need. We all said we would want to live in this house!

Overall, a beautiful home. Close to everything and far away from the noise of the city. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, and all the amenities from home!

Although this house has 3 bedrooms and could easily host a larger group, we (couple of active seniors) decided it was worth the investment for our 4 night stay in Asheville. It turned out to exceed expectations. Everyone was new and updated and kitchen is a home cooking major plus. Comfy bed, amazing towels, grill, outside space. I could go on and on, but safe to say this place will remain special in our memories of Asheville. Very engaged hosts. Super-duper stay.

The house was very cute and exactly as advertised. Everything was basically brand new, super clean, comfortable beds. We only stayed Friday & Saturday nights while in town for a soccer tournament but if we ever find ourselves returning, we would definitely stay here again.

We (group of 7 women) had a great time staying here. It was just a short 15-min drive or Uber ride to downtown Asheville. The house was very equipped and cute. Communication with the host was great. Highly recommend staying here if you're traveling to the area to check out Asheville.

Stayed here for a weekend with some friends to attend a wedding and it worked great. I wish the area the house is in was walkable, but it's an easy drive to the airport, Biltmore Village, and Asheville downtown. The hosts were super responsive and gave great recs, qnd the place was clean and cozy.

Absolutely wonderful property. Layout makes it seem bigger than pics look online—great use of space. Decorating was very fun and cool. Very well appointed. Great touches included binoculars for bird watching right off the back yard from the nice little patio. Quiet little neighborhood but yet still really close/convenient to lots of attractions. Owner was very helpful and responsive!!

I took my daughters and both mother in laws on a girls weekend to experience the Biltmore. This home was perfect. Susan has every amenity that you can imagine. The house is so convenient to get downtown and to the Biltmore House. However, we were so comfortable that we could have stayed in all weekend. We have already started planning our next trip back for a much longer weekend.
