House was exactly what we thought we were getting. Area was nice and convenient to downtown. House was equipped with everything we needed.

Convenient location. Smaller common rooms, but adequate for us! Location is very walkable to downtown and Whitman. Gotta walk by a number of unkept houses in the neighborhood, but that seems to be the case in all of Walla Walla.

Nice home. Main floor has small but comfortable rooms. Basement rooms are larger. Functional kitchen worked for all meals. Great location - walkable to Downtown and Safeway.

The home was ideal for all ages. My mom stayed in the primary bedroom on the main floor and we were able to stay downstairs with our adult children. The location is ideal if you are visiting Whitman college. It is a short, safe walk to campus. The backyard was fenced for our dogs as well.

We loved our stay at the Schoolhouse! The house is well equipped & clean, with a cozy vibe. The location is great. It's a walkable distance to downtown, Whitman & a grocery store. It was a perfect spot for our group of friends to base out of to bike and wine-taste. We highly recommend the Schoolhouse!

It was great for the 6 of us. Do check the ac/heating unit by the back door. There was a leak and it looked as if it had been doing so for some tme. Thanks again

The house worked great for our needs. We would stay here again. Well stocked, walk to Whitman, walk to downtown, and clean. We arrived a little early and the host was accomodating.

This home is very welcoming. It had spots for us to visit in outdoors and inside. The bathrooms were clean. The beds and bedding so comfortable. The air conditioning was perfect. I liked the table inside the front window. Great to look out at the neighborhood trees and drop all our belonging, when we returned from shopping. Thanks so much for keeping our visit easy and fun!

Nice, cozy house with well apportioned kitchen and bathrooms. Beds are starting to show some age and use. Other than that, a fine property.

The house was nice, location worked great for us. The only down side was the kitchen wasn’t very well stocked and we weren’t told about cash gratuity for the cleaning staff and none of us had cash on us. We couldn’t save any food we cooked since there was no tuber ware or plastic bags also a Venmo option would be a great additional option for tipping.

Easy walking distance to downtown. Also very close the Walla Walla Sweets if you like baseball. We noticed there was a water park in walking distance but didnt get to go to it.

several girlfriends and myself enjoyed our stay at the school house during a spring weekend. The house was very centrally located to downtown (walking distance) and had nice accommodations to accommodate three people. A nice bonus, given unseasonably warm temperatures was air conditioning and fans available!

The site was as described, a short walk through a residential neighborhood to a quaint "destination" downtown. The home is recently very well upgraded, and appointed. Good weather, great place to stay, well guided bike wine tour, excellent food. .

Very Nice House in Walla Walla
My husband, teenage daughter and I stayed at this great home while visiting Whitman College in Walla Walla. It was very conveniently located, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. It was our first time in Walla Walla and we enjoyed the restaurants and wine tastings. I would recommend this home if you are in the area.

Holiday
We stayed here with friends and our dogs over the holiday weekend. The house was perfect for two couples. The beds were comfortable and the fenced yard was perfect for the dogs. The house is in a great location within walking distance to downtown.

Great location
The house was perfect for the four of us (three adult siblings and one spouse). The bedrooms were very private and quiet, the living room and dining room good for visiting and playing games, and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. The location was an easy walk to downtown and the grocery store. Although it is half of a duplex, we never heard a sound from the connected unit. Also very clean with a few nice touches as a nod to it’s former use as a schoolhouse. Would highly recommend it.

This was a nice place to stay for our wine tasting weekend. Close to town, well equipped with necessities and comfortable. We had 3 adults (1 couple, 1 single) and could have squeezed another couple in no problem!

Anniversary Weekend
We were suppose to go to Europe for our 30th Anniversary but with COVID that was not possible. So we opted for a lovely wine weekend in Walla Walla. This property was perfect for what we were looking for. There were just two couples so we only used 2 of the bedrooms, they were well appointed and the beds were comfortable. We choose the location so we could walk into town which we did everyday. We didn't prepare any meals but did use the outside patio for a bit of cheese and wine tasting. I wouldn't hesitate to book this home again.

Convenient, clean, and close to downtown
We loved our stay at the Schoolhouse. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, breweries, and wine tasting. Plus it is only a few blocks from a large grocery store if you'd like to cook your meals. The living areas are cozy, but the bedrooms are spacious and it was a perfect home base in downtown Walla Walla.

cute and cozy house - best for dog lovers
The Schoolhouse was a great base of operations during our recent 5-day visit to Walla Walla. The only concern was the amount of dog hair from the pets of previous renters (it was a different color and texture from our dog's fur) - and it showed up in unexpected places. For people that NEED their email fix, the WIFI was great.
