Stayed at this property with some childhood friends and our teens. House is pristine and in an amazing location right across from beach and 2 blocks from village. Pool was fantastic. Outdoor balconies weee perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and each had its own bathroom. Kitchen was spotless and all utensils and appliance seemed brand new. TVS everywhere you could ask for. Had 1 issue with the BBQ but the rental company was super responsive and at our place within 15 minutes to to respond. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Property was excellent. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Elevator was a must for the elders in our family and for bringing in luggage or groceries. Pool area was beautiful looked like a resort. Rooftop deck was a hit especially for watching the sunset. The only negatives with our stay (and these have nothing to do with the house) is the mosquitoes were really bad even with bug spray on. Also the walk to the beach was very long and tiring. But we ended up renting a beach wheelchair and it worked great! Made things so much easier. It was a truly enjoyable family vacation!

We have traveled alot but this is definately the best Vrbo we have ever stayed in. The pool area is beyond compare. Everything was in wirking order and new.

This home exceeded all our expectations. It was clean & well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Can't beat the location, it was so close to the beach. Couldn't be any more convenient to walk across the street to the beach and walk into town. The pool was great & equipment was easy to use! My kids loved the game room & I loved the views from the top floor!

We had three families stay and this rental had more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. Meals out were great and meals in were easy and fun. So many outdoor areas too. Perfect location in Siesta Key.

Good house. Excellent location to beach.

Brand new building and all appliances, dishes, towels, sheets etc. appeared never used. Street is noisy at night and pool doesn’t get much sun, but beach is across the street and bars and restaurants are walking distance, I would recommend for a large group!

This house was perfect for my best friends bachelorette. I will certainly be renting it again in life it was amazing

We had a fabulous stay. The house met all our needs and was very well equipped. There was plenty of space to be all together, and to have our own space too. The location was amazing, right across from Siesta Key Beach and just a short walk to the center of town. Any issues we had were dealt with immediately by Vunique. Communication from Vunique was tops.

Our family of nine stayed here for a long weekend. The property was pristine, had plentiful kitchen utensils, dinnerware, etc , the beds were comfy and the location was superb. We’ve already discussed coming back next year!!

The house was clean. The property managers were available anytime we messaged them and were very accommodating! Everyone in our group was so impressed, and we are all ready to book another vacation at this house. Private pool. Beach is right across the street. It was a wonderful experience!

We had an amazing time at this property. Mornings at the beach, just a short walk away. Afternoons at the pool and hot tub are so relaxing. Sun rises and sun sets on the balcony are stunning. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Really Enjoyed other than Text that we were loud & werent

We had grandparents, 2 adult children, spouses & 6 grandchildren for a total of 12 staying at The Rooftop. Communication was great with immediate response by text. Andrew met us at the house about 25min. before scheduled check in to show us around the gorgeous home. From the beautiful pool & attached hot tub on one side of the entrance to the ping pong table, & an extra refrigerator & free standing freezer on the other side, we were already impressed with the beauty! Up to the 2nd level where there were 4 nice size bedrooms & private bathrooms off of each & a washer/dryer laundry. All were designed perfectly! My only suggestion for my master on this floor would be room darkening shades or drapes to block out the street lights. Up the next set of steps was another master bed & bath, a half bath & the main hangout/eating/ kitchen area with plenty of room for all. Also beautifully laid out with a great deck to eat or just watch the sunsets. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, silverware & cooking utensils. The next floor was game room, pullout couch, bedroom & bath & 1/2 with the wonderful rooftop for more gorgeous views! It was so perfect! The location is right across the street from beach access 7 & just around the block from shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc.! Great for walking a 4mi. Circle too. Anything we needed was taken care of quickly & very accommodating! All 12 of us absolutely loved it!!

Great location steps from public beach access, short walk to town. Versatile configuration with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great outdoor spaces--pool (with lights for nighttime swimming), rooftop deck, dining room porch. Nice kitchen space for food prep.

Our family lucked out finding this place for a last minute trip to Siesta Key. This place was perfect for our family of 5. Great for kids and adults alike. Excellent location and house is equipped with everything you need.

This property it was absolutely stunning. The house is sophisticated, modern and clean. There was more than enough room for 13 girls! The views of the ocean were great and you cannot be at the pool and hot tub. You are a quick walk away from the beach and the main strip with all the stores and restaurants. The property management team was so kind and accommodating. We will definitely return!

The first night we pulled back the sheets and they were filled with dirt and sand. The cleaning service missed changing bedding and cleaning bathrooms. Once we did the laundry, we were greeted with loud music and partying until 3 am. The wall between the duplex home is paper thin! We could clearly hear explicit singing and loud music. We complained to management and they said if it happened again to let them know. It happened every night of our stay despite there being a noise ordinance. Very disappointed and the rental disrupted what was to be a relaxing restful weekend.

The property was beautiful offering multiple views of the beach and ocean. It had plenty of space for my family and friends of ours. Just a few minute walk always from the beach and the center of town. The kids had a blast at the beach, in the rooftop game room and our private pool, allowing us adults to chat and enjoy some spirits 🙂. Will definitely be coming back.

Nice property, but some kind of bee problem

Property was directly across the street from the beach with an amazing pool/hot tub. The location was a very short walk into town for meals, shopping and nightlife. What an amazing vacation! Thank you Siesta Key Luxury Property Rentals! We will return

We truly enjoyed our stay at the house. It is located directly across from the beach access area, with great for views of the ocean from the house and ease to get to the sand. Also it is extremely close to Siesta Key Village which is a wonderful area to walk around. The design of the house is well thought out for families...two rooms with bunks, full bathrooms with each bedroom, two powder rooms, game/ping pong areas, beach accessories, etc. The pool isn't huge or extremely deep, but plenty large enough for groups to swim and have fun. And the elevator was a tremendous assistance in allowing my family to get together with my 95 yr old grandfather. My only feedback concerning the layout is that there is no bathroom facility on the main floor, so you are going up to (at least) the 2nd floor anytime you need to use the facilities. Check-in and out was as easy as could be with the app. We experienced two issues during our stay. The propane tank for the grill was empty. It was an inconvenience, but not a significant issue and was very quickly replaced. We did have an issue with hot water throughout the house for a few days. The service team was out quickly and gave us some tips to keep the tankless heaters charged. I would heartily recommend the house to anyone who is looking to relax and enjoy time with family.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Perfect location to beach, Siesta Key Village, road into/out of town. Not to mention a pretty spectacular pool/outdoor area. Checkin/out process was also remarkably easy. No keys to pick up, no onerous ... anything. They do a great job. My only criticism involves the elevator. Which maybe shouldn’t matter to most people, but became a real issue for me since I’m partially disabled. Going up stairs isn’t easy for me, and one of the big reasons I Rented here was the elevator. Which wasn’t really working each of the first four days We were there. The property manager sent one of their people out each day to fix it, but the repair never quite took. Only on the fifth day did they send someone from the elevator company. He quickly diagnosed the actual problem, and all was great after that. I wish there was a way to rate something 4.5, because That’s what I’d do in this case. Really, if the elevator isn’t that big a deal for you, the place is just perfect.

The house was amazing. Matt the property manager was available and quickly responded to my many questions before the stay. He was so kind to make sure we knew how the spa and appliances worked and met us at the house for our arrival tour. If you want to enjoy your family but still have enough room that everyone feels like they have their own space this is the house for you! We had three under 5 and never had to use the car because the walk to the local restaurants and stores is a nice walk of less than 5 minutes. We are planning for next year already and this is our first choice.

We loved our stay in this beautiful new home! If you are looking for a comfortable, fully stocked, great location, and great pool area then look no further!! Fit our family of 9 perfectly and space for everyone to feel comfortable. The elevator was great too!
