We are a group of friends that travel and stay in VRBO homes at least twice a year. Please take this review as constructive criticism as we ultimately had a great time. Pros: - Pool was our favorite! We spent most of our time out back! - The Movie Room was a great way to wind down in the evening. Cons: - If says it sleeps 16. If you are a larger party it would not very comfortable to stay in with that many people. - 1 large trash receptacle (1/2 full and stinky upon arrival). Need more based on number of people. - Indoor pull-out trash receptacle was very hard to pull out. - The dishwasher (mentioned in past reviews) still didn't work. - The backyard fences on both sides (mentioned in a past review) were still broken. It makes your wonderful backyard look trashy. - Stocked kitchen? Not really. It was a bunch of odds and ends. - The pool umbrella over the table is not in very good shape. The fabric is pulling off each end and makes it difficult to create any shade. - There was a layer of soap scum on the in-suite bathroom door. The other bathrooms were fine.

The house was great! Just as advertised!! Kids had a great time in the pool, and also enjoyed a movie in the theater room! Would definitely stay here again!!!

We were in town for a family wedding. We needed a place to stay for grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. It was ideal. Great layout. Comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen. Convenient location. We were very happy with it. :)

Check in process was easy and host was very responsive. Some updates need to be made to the house/yard. Dishwasher was falling out of the cabinets and moldy, fence was down on both sides, walls were scuffed up. Missed in the listing that you have to ask ahead for heated pool so that was on us, pool still have vacuum in it when we arrived but was not super clean. Worked for our big group and everything in the house felt clean.

This home was so welcoming, you could tell that it was filled with love. My family came from all over for my son's college graduation and we spent almost the whole time in the pool. It was beautiful! After a long weekend we could not find our cell phone. After hours searching we had no choice but go home without it. They meet us 2 hours away to return the phone once they found it. We are forever grateful and will be back!

After ravel hung out in pool before going to get supper (Hooters). Discovered downtown and had fancy steak dinner (Stone & Websters) and then more partying into early morning. Boat ride Saturday afternoon around Hiton Head Island. Fresh Oysters and She Crab soup on the island (Brother Shuckers). Back in Savannah in time to catch Hockey playoffs at a sports bar. Sunday up in time to go through checkout task and head for home. reat weekend.

We had the best vacation at this property. The backyard pool, fire pit, grill and place for myself and my four adult children to hang out was so awesome. The property was very clean and organized. We had an internet issue that was addressed and resolved immediately. I would highly recommend renting this property for your next Savannah trip!

The house had a nice layout but for what we paid for our stay the property fell way short. We walked into a house with very dirty floors. Not a great start. Property manager was defensive. My grandchildren could not play outside as there was dog feces in the front lawn. This clearly was a property where they did their own projects and it showed. Many items were broken like towel racks, chairs and the dishwasher did not fit into its opening which meant it was very difficult to work with. We made the best of it but hard to pay so much money for this type of property. We communicated with the property manager with no resolution to our concerns. While we will be back to the area we will stay somewhere else.

Meet our daughters and their families in Savannah for a weekend to celebrate Christmas. Home was located in a very nice neighborhood and was spacious and had a lot of nice amenities. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this home to other friends and family.

My family and I enjoyed the property so much. Everything was very clean and felt like home. We also enjoyed the pool. Anything that we needed we were able to contact the host and she responded quickly. I am definitely going to book this property again in the future. It was great for a home away from home.

My friends and I absolutely loved staying at this property! There was the perfect amount of room for all of us (7 people) and had all of the essentials for cooking and relaxing. We loved hanging out by the pool and on the back patio. It was all around a great stay and I would definitely stay here again!

This property is in a great location in a quiet suburb. The house had plenty of space for our party of 10. The pool area is gorgeous with picturesque landscaping and patio furniture. Shaneka was a great host and accommodating where possible.

We loved this place. It was in a VERY quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and there were plenty of towels and paper products. Rooms were big, TV's in every room. The pool area was beautiful and clean. I can't say enough about this place. We did do a wildlife rescue...a turtle was in the pool and we finally got it out and took it across the street to the pond. I highly recommend this location as it was about 20 minutes from downtown Savannah and all the places we wanted to visit. Did I mention the quiet neighborhood?

We could not have asked for anything more. Everything was as described. The home is very roomy, accommodating, and welcoming. Do not let the cats on the property cause you to shy away from booking as they lay at the door at night but are mostly not seen during the day. We have a great family break in this home.

We were in town for a small sided adult soccer tournament. Most of our team stayed together at this vrbo. The house was as described although using both the trundle beds in the pink room and blue room were difficult with floor spacing. The pool and film room were lovely extras to have but trying to get connected to the TV was not very easy. Just an FYI, important to remember to bring your own laundry detergent if you have plans to do laundry while there.

I was in Savannah to attend a wedding...most of the activities were in downtown Savannah but the ceremony was 10 mins away from the house...what a great selection and the house was absolutely beautiful

We arrived later than expected, so it was pretty dark out. Checking in was SUPER easy. The owners stayed in constant contact throughout our time there (which I love). This home is immaculate and very easy to navigate. A very nice area. The theater room was the icing on the cake as we were able to hang out there, catch up and watch the NCAA tournaments games on the screen. All in all, this was a great place for us to lounge, sleep, shower when we were not out and about. WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN!!!! Thank you!!!

Shaneeka is a very great host. The property was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the Savannah area
