Property was great for three couples, clean and quiet location

This place was clean and covered all of the basic amenities we were looking for. The pool area was quiet and private.

Stayed at a home on North Clearwater Beach and it was a wonderful experience, private pool, amazing home. They were very quick to respond to any issues during our stay. Recommend highly

Wonderful. The house was well stocked with plates, pots, etc. loved having pool and hot tub, washer and dryer!

Neighborhood is quiet, safe and perfect for walking. 5 minute walk to the beach and only 15 minute walk to bars and restaurants. Pool and hot tub and outdoor area were wonderful. Definitely will plan a return visit. Alan was very accommodating and easy to deal with. 5 star rating all the way!!!!

We stayed here for 8 nights. The property was a great size for our stay, the beach was only a few minutes walk from the house and wasn’t crowded which is was great for our kids, a playground is a 15 min walk away and a lot of great food selection is a 20-25 minute walk. It was great to start the morning or end the day in the pool. The kitchen had every appliance you could need and we loved to be able to grill outside. The property manager was attentive and helpful. The woman who cleans was especially sweet.

Short walk to the beach and the trolly stop!

We rented the Gardenia Hideaway and we loved it. Everything was exactly as described. Alan was easy to communicate with. The pool was such a wonderful addition. The beach was close and empty. A great find.

The inside of the home had great updates. It was just right size for my group. The shower heads could use some cleaning as they spray every which way. Especially the one in the on sweet. There is so much build up that it is hard to take a shower. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. The neighbors do not like any kind of noise and call the property owne lr at the drop of a hat no matter what time of day it is. So it makes it hard to be able to have a good time. The beach that is only a short walk is very well kept and beautiful. We had rental car and had family staying over to the heart of town where all the shopss and restaurants are. I would say if you didn't have a car to get to the heart of town it would be a bit of a walk. I reached out to the property owner multiple times about the somethings, and never heard back from them, until a neighbor complained about noise. The hot tub was not in working order the entire length of our stay. It was one of the main reason we choose this rental unit so that was a bummer. Overall the house gave us a place to stay,and we were close to the rest of the family that was down their. I would just be aware that if any problems arise with the home, don't expect management to do anything about it, or respond back to you.

Hot tub didn’t work and they didn’t help us by coming to fix it.

The kids enjoyed the pool. The home was an easy walk to beach and close to restaurants and the pier. The kids loved th aquarium and the ferris wheel. Loved eating outside.

2 large bedrooms and a bathroom/shower tub. 1 nice room with a private shower. 2 mile walk into town isn’t bad. Beach is 4 Blocks away. Property management lacks on communication. Prior to arrival. Had some questions that where never answered.

This property is fantastic! The home had every thing you would ever need . We loved the neighborhood and the closeness to the beach, the pool and hot tub were wonderful way to relax in the privacy of your fenced in back yard, our dog was able to walk on the beach with us too. Alan, the property manager was great to work with. We will definitely be returning.

The house was as described and very nice. Location to beach and town perfect, and so very nice a neighborhood. Problem was that house needed extreme mold treatment and cleaning. The air ducts had black mold and dust all over vents. One bedroom we Did not use because there was a 1/4 inch dust lining the valances on windows. We waited 5 days for pool heat to be turned on and spa heat to be lowered to a temp that you could go into The maintenance company very slow!!! To respond. The pool area needs a pesticide treatment for ants just everywhere !!! We saw that the price has doubled for next year …needs attention

Clean great experience!

The property was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and short distances to the beach and restaurants. House had everything we could possibly want or need. Just a great time.

Perfect location only a 15 minute walk to the main strip and right down the road from the beach!

We visited the area to celebrate my mom’s birthday. 3 adult women and our mother. It was perfect! From the amenities at the house, to the location of the property, it was perfect! Would love to go back!

Property location and size are great for family. Had trouble with ants, couldn’t reach property management on day 1, no instructions on TV or Hot Tub to keep it warm without turning dials every 30 minutes. Very low water pressure for showering. Had a shoe, wrappers, crackers, and toenails in the pullout bed when we went to use it. Disappointed with cleanliness and communication but loved the location and size.

This place was amazing to stay at! Everything we needed was there to have a great time! We will definitely be returning to Clearwater and staying here again!
