We had a relaxing family reunion stay at this home. Beautiful property and very close to both beach and town. Pool and other amenities were great (ping pong table, beach supplies, etc.) Only downside, although it wouldn't cause me to remove a star, is the induction stove. Can only use specific pots and pans in the house and didn't have a large pot which made it difficult sometimes to cook for 15 people. The property manager was very attentive. Would definitely stay here again!!

An amazing property. So much time spent at the outdoor space which was enjoyed by all. Clean, well decorated indoor space where the 17 of us never felt crowded. Quick walk to the beach for play or for sunset. We were there during Red Tide which somewhat affected beach time. WOuld return in a heartbeat.

This was a wonderful house for a family with three generations! The stay exceeded expectations with amenities and a perfect location. Communication was fantastic with rapid response times. We already booked for next year!

The house is beautiful and has everything you might need. There was a thoughtful welcome package with a bag, olive oil, paper products, etc. The location can't be beat, one block to the beach one way and one block to the village the other.

This property is even more beautiful in person. Top notch linens, towels, kitchen accessories. Outside area is spectacular and roomy. Pool and grounds very well maintained. Minutes from the beach area. Walking distance to Siesta Village which has everything you need. We never started our cars. Property Manager was spot on. I and my family would recommend this property and will hopefully visit here again.

Our experience was , simply put, paradise. The home is spacious and sparkling! The layout, from the lower level pool and outdoor couches with ping pong, foosball and multiple giant screen TVs, to the spacious main floor with multiple bedrooms and living and dining space and decks, to the top floor with a lounge area and multiple bedrooms...so conducive to large family retreat! The staff was always available for any questions, but really, there were no issues! With literally a 1 block walk to the beach, and 2 blocks to town, it was PERFECTLY situated. Our grandchildren loved the waterslide and collecting shells on the beach, while we basked in their enjoyment and the ease of togetherness. We cannot wait for the opportunity to come back! Simply put, it was spectacular

You will not be disappointed, this house has it all! Perfectly situated just steps from both the beach and the town. You might not go to either because it’s hard to leave the amazing indoor and outdoor living at the house. What an amazing vacation!!

We loved our stay at this property. The backyard with the pool, slide, tv/entertainment area would have kept us occupied completely but on top of that the location of the home was perfect for easy access to the beach and all the restaurants and shopping were in walking distance. The property manager was very helpful and got us checked in much earlier than the normal check in time. We can’t wait to come back!

The host was great and we had the best time. The house is new and well stocked. Plenty of room for everyone. The Ice machine in the pool bar was very convenient.

Very clean, new, close to downtown and the beach as well. Pool was the nicest we’ve seen, and the entire downstairs became a hangout all week for both kids and adults. Service from property manager Sarah was top notch!

This is the first time I have been compelled to write a review for a VRBO property. We can't say enough good things about this house and it's location! We had a family vacation with 11 people (6 adults, 2 teens 1 tween, a 5yr old, and 2 yr old) and the home was perfect. 7 large bedrooms to give everyone their own space, large kitchen and dining area, fantastic pool, outdoor sunken living room, ping pong, video gaming area...the list goes on and on. But perhaps the best feature was the proximity to both the beach and the shops/restaurants/grocery store area of Siesta Key. Less than a block one way to the beach, just over a block to the shopping and dining. No packing everyone up for a trek to the beach. If just a few people wanted to go, no problem. Want to go back to the house for lunch, 3 minute walk. The only minor issue at all was that there are limited sundries provided by the host (toilet paper (single ply at a home this nice...really!?), laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc.) so if you will be staying for an extended period of time, just know you'll have to restock. As we always do towards the end of our vacations, we start planning the next one. We have already had discussions about staying at this same property again!

Great pool area. Great location.

We were a group of 3 families that absolutely loved staying at this property and we will be back! Many hours each day were spent having fun in the pool. The beach is also amazing and so close. We were able to walk to the beach, to restaurants, grocery, ice cream, etc. The house was stocked with nice kitchen tools and plenty of plates and glassware. The management company was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Thank you for a great experience!

The house was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were the highlight! Perfect for outdoor living. Great location to walk to either the beach or the village. . Plenty of bedrooms to choose from! Overall excellent vacation!

We had a fantastic time at this property! Three families with teens/tweens and a toddler too! We all had plenty of room and lots of private space when needed. The house is beautiful and perfectly set up for the large group like we had. The kitchen area was large and had all the amenities we would need and then some! The club room also was a nice hub for the teens and early morning work area. The bedrooms are clean comfy and bright. Of course the focus should be on the outside living space! The pool was great at all times of the day! The outside bar/grill area saw lots of gathering time and tales of the days adventures by all! The outdoor living room couch/tv area was probably under utilized, but a nice place to crash for a bit. The ping pong and foosball were played often and ALL of the necessary beach items were available and at the ready. (Tents/games/floats/toys/cooler/wagon and chairs!) The outdoor fridge and freezer were a huge bonus! We loaded up the coolers and headed out to beach just steps away. The convenience to the Village cannot be understated. It is a really short walk to all the favorites! (a little dark on the way home so remember your path) We had a great time and would love to plan this every year! Couple of heads up things...outside bar area gets a little slippery so be careful, and garage floor was really slick when coming home after a typical late afternoon Fla shower. No power outlets outside that we saw, so keep your phones and portable speakers charged inside. We rented a golf cart for shuttling around and it really helped for quick drop offs and pick ups!

Great house and location for our family vacation the water slide was a great fun and patio area was amazing area to hangout . The house was perfect for everyone to have a king bedroom with private bathroom. The only thing the house could use is a wine frig on the main floor the upper floor has 2 but not convenient when entertaining on the main floor . We loved the house so much we already booked for next year.

The house was exactly as pictured and was pristine. Plenty of space to spread out for four families of friends with kids ages 1 to 8. Convenient location to town and beach, awesome pool, all around great. The only drawback is how popular the house has become for fear we will never be able to get it again!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay, This house has the most perfect location , your literally walking distance to shops and dining and steps from the most beautiful beach...we are hoping to rent this property again...
