My family joined my husband, 8 month old, and me on a trip to Bend for a 1/2 marathon and this was the perfect place for us to stay! Plenty of space, amazing location, and very comfortable set up. We really appreciated the fun local decor sprinkled throughout the house that all had a story. Very nice stay!

Property was nice however, many amenities were lacking. Several items were empty with empty packages left in cupboards. Had to purchase laundry, dishwasher soap, salt. Icemaker and water dispenser were inpperable. Could have used some tissues. A little disappointed overall.

This place was great for kids as there were plenty of toys and books and a great double bunk bed in the kids' room. The place was well stocked with plenty of items for the kitchen, bathroom and laundry area. There was even items for your dogs like bowls and treats. I would definitely stay here again! It was also a very convenient location to get downtown and to the mountain.

This home is perfect while visiting Bend. It feels more like staying in a friends home rather than a rental. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. The garage was great for those icy mornings. An exceptional experience.

Much of the art and pottery is created by the owners or local artist. The homeowners provided a book that describes each handcrafted article. Our granddaughter loved the bunkbeds and Pacman game. Every night was spent on the deck, enjoying the fire pit and lights. A bonus was hearing the concerts from the Lumineers while we sat outside. We took advantage of the bikes, although the handle bars on the two seater and one of the adult bikes needs tightening. We hiked into town the first day using the trailhead that is a short walk from the front door. We would most definitely stay at The Quails Nest again!

Really nice house, perfectly clean, owner/management thought of the little things that made the stay exceptional. We really liked the proximity to the Deschutes River trail system just outside of the neighborhood; it was very relaxing to stroll by the river and enjoy God’s blessings to His creations (awesome nature). Centrally located in Bend, so it was very convenient to get around town when we wanted to venture out.

We stayed here on a recent mountain biking trip. The location is close to town, the house is a nice place to hang out, the garage was great for storing bikes, and chilling on the back deck was perfect.

The Quails nest was a lovely home that provided all we needed for our weekend at the Fairwell Festival in Redmond. The location was nice and quiet and the home was very quaint, comfortable. All the details and artistic touches were enjoyed.

We were in town for a long weekend for a soccer tournament. The house was very clean, exactly as listed on the post. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The beds were very comfortable. Great Bend vacation home!

I loved the house and back patio, but felt as though we were on top of the neighboring houses in the back. We didn't spend much time on the back patio as we felt we would disrupt the neighbors even when trying to be quiet.

Beautiful house in a safe, comfortable neighborhood. My main complaint is that the garage door repeatedly and unexpectedly opened. There didn’t seem to be a rhyme or reason to it, but it’s incredibly unnerving to wake up in the morning to the garage door wide open, or come home after a day out to the garage door wide open. I attempted to contact the property management company twice about it but got no response. Thankfully a nice neighbor witnessed it and repeatedly came over to close it. Definitely a problem that needs to be fixed ASAP. Otherwise great house!

house was comfortable, clean, and good size! in less than a block, you are on the Dechutes River trail and historic canal trail, and on the river. nice, quiet neighborhood, corn hole, fire pit and video game were lots of fun. short drive to town, river float and shops. would stay again

This place was great! Clean. Comfy. Had most every thing we needed (no juice pitcher) otherwise the kitchen had it all. Comfy beds. Nice bathrooms. Good location & nice neighborhood to walk in. Outside area was great too ( wished there was a table to eat at though). overall very nice & we would go back

Clean, quiet, well equipped. Was perfect for our visit to Bend.

This is a beautiful home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect getaway for my wife and I, our three kids and our Cavalier. We used this as a base for adventures into the mountains and biking trails. Additionally, there is a nearby trailhead that accesses the Deschutes River and each night we hiked 2-3 miles down into town and back. The house has bikes to ride around the neighborhood as well. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio by the fire and playing cornhole. It’s really a beautiful quiet set up. Some reviews mention the noise detection equipment. This simply was not an issue. I really respect the signs and efforts the company has made to help keep noise down and it’s clear that the property is well maintained and well taken care of and that they care about maintaining a nice rental in a neighborhood in a respectful manner.

Our girls played with the dino and farm toys more than their xmas gifts. My mom is now trying to find replicas of all the light fixtures for herself. We found everything we needed to cook and serve meals. I'm a little sad it was too snowy to try out the tandem bike and fire pit, but we did discover a fantastic sledding park only a few minute walk away called "The Pit". Really nice house and very well outfitted. In a good location near The Old Mill District. The deck and fire place was awesome. Really clean home in great condition. Only reason I gave a 4 overall is because we found a wifi enabled sound device in the house while we were checking out. Not sure if it was listening to us or just alerts the owners when noise is too loud, but I feel like that’s a invasion of privacy. They also had a similar device outside and a camera on the front porche.
