The house was great with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had lots of plates and cups. The location was close to downtown and all the shopping.

Nice cozy home lots of space

This is an older property, but very convenient to everything and exactly what our group needed. There were a few minor repair issues that probably ought to be addressed but they didn’t affect our experience. If I could make one suggestion however, that would be that the mattresses in both bedrooms downstairs were in bad shape and very uncomfortable to sleep in. They were lumpy and had “valleys” in them which made it difficult for couples to sleep comfortably in them. The beds upstairs were fine. The house was immaculately clean and we were grateful to have the cofffee and tea provided. We loved the house and would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay in Charlotte. Plenty of room for kids and adults with a great outdoor space. Activities and entertainment were all nearby.

This was my first house rental ever and I give it a 4 out of 5 stars. It is conveniently located as stated in the listing. However, Ashley Road is a very busy street and there is traffic noise even through the evening and night hours. Our family group was eleven people and we were there for four nights. The basement futon was not very comfortable for the family member who used it. We made adjustments to this ourselves but also gave feedback to Maria, the property manager. There are a few kitchen items that should be replaced (baking pans and a can opener/mentioned this to Maria also) but overall we had the items needed for cooking. We had sufficient plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, silverware, etc. as well for our large group. We appreciated the laundry room access and the machines worked well. It would have been nice to have extra hand towels and wash cloths but we managed by washing all the towels/wash cloths once during our stay. Maria was very responsive during our stay when we reached out with questions or concerns. She was able to give us an extra hour to check out, which we very much appreciated.

The home itself was nice however the location was on a busy street. Downstairs was hard to keep at a comfortable temperature. Living room furniture was not comfortable nor was the mattress downstairs.
