Valet parking staffs and front staffs were all very helpful. There was a hiccup with door code (door code provided on app did not work. Had to talk to an on-call agent who reset the code which entire process took ~30min). I was a little annoyed but as soon as I stepped into the apartment, I forgot about being annoyed and frustrated. The apartment was so big and so much better than in pictures. We were all 100% satisfied with the booking. There were some sticky spots on the floor but otherwise amazing. They even had beach chairs!

This was our first time visiting Honolulu and we loved staying at this condo. It was a short walk through the park to the beach and a short walk to all shops and restaurants downtown. Very convenient, and clean. We highly recommend.

We really enjoyed this stay. The apartment had everything that we needed. It was especially useful to have a washer and dryer. We were able to pack fewere clothes. The location was also great. It was about a 10 minute walk to Waikiki Beach, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommend!

This was a very clean condo with just about everything you could need for a stay. Plenty of towels/linens/basic supplies and kitchen utensils provided. Having the washer and dryer were great to utilize also and you have access to the laundry room located on the 4th floor. The employees that work there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Pool and pool area were nice and clean. Pool is a little small but was never too crowded. Parking is 40$ a day and there isnt anywhere else close by to park, so your left with no option really. Plan accordingly or utilize the wondeful bus system that can take you anywhere on the island and runs frequently! My only complaints are the beds were not very comfortable, i prefer a softer mattress and the city noise/construction noise in the area can be a little loud, i really enjoy quiet and being in the middle of the city wasnt the best option for me. But that is just my personal preferences! Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

Our stay was very pleasant and the place is very clean. Everything was there and the location is very convenient to walk to shopping and food. It is basically in the heart of a big city so you will hear sirens and any music people are playing on the streets. However, safety was never in question for us. The hotel staff is welcoming and very intuitive. You won’t be able to partake in some of the special events but there’s plenty to do. There’s also already items for the beach such as an umbrella, chairs, and towels which was very thoughtful! There is also a washer and dryer unit inside so also added bonus. Overall it was a great stay!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very excited to stay here but had lots of issues. First, the hotel itself and staff were very nice. They are not part of this management company. The management company was a nightmare to deal with. First we were lied to about the valet parking fee. We were told it was supposed to be $38 cash but the hotel valet said it was $40 and the owner knew that because the fee increased in January but didn’t change or notify us on their ad even though they had 3 months to do so. Also, the sofa bed came with no sleeping pillows, or bedding. There were 2 full sized fitted sheets that we had to use yet the sofa bed was a Queen. When I reached out to management (I called and texted) they wouldn’t call me only responded (very slowly) to texts. We wasted half a day waiting around for them to bring the necessary linens because otherwise they were going to walk into our place unannounced which we didn’t feel comfortable with. The fact that they have access to our room at anytime is unacceptable and unsafe. The kitchen also didn’t have necessary equipment. There were no pot holders for taking things out of the oven. No mixing spoons or wooden spoons for cooking. The ice maker was a nightmare. It constantly got stuck when you would dispense ice. The water dispenser said it was out of order so we needed to buy water constantly. The sink was ridiculous to use for washing dishes. The garbage disposal was on the left but the faucet was located under the right side. We had to have one person hold the faucet over the left side so I could wash dishes with both hands. The dumbest placement I’ve ever seen. Lots of construction going on in the building so we had to deal with noise and again, the hotel said they let the owner know but that info was never passed on to us. They just wanted the rental booked and didn’t care if their temporary tenants would be unhappy. I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend.

Problem - the sink in one bathroom did not drain well at all. As well, the air conditioner in the master bedroom required a towel underneath it as it leaked nonstop. The towel had to be rung out every morning. That was quite inconvenient. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was awesome! We would stay in the unit again as it was a terrific place. At the end of the day, Alii Beach Rentals needs to do a more thorough check in the apartment before accepting new renters. We shouldn't have had to deal with a clogged drain and a leaking air conditioner.

The property was clean and modern. A few silver things in the bathrooms are showing wear but it didn't interfere with our stay. Nice walk to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Tip: If you walk to the beach, don't take the beach chairs and/or umbrella the property provides...they get heavy even though you wear the chair like a backpack. Sit on your towel, which they also provide, and rent a much sturdier umbrella from the people on the beach who will also set it up for you.

It was a large, 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in an overall good location. The unit was clean and the building was well maintained and well-staffed. We were unable to open the sliding glass door in the master bedroom (it seemed to be permanently locked). While clean and with adequate bedding and towels, the unit felt spartan - few personal touches, and the kitchen supplies seemed minimal. The management company was responsive through texts, and they are clear on what they provide. This unit is in Waikiki, and an easy 15 minute walk from the heart of the area. We rented a car for 2 days from nearby Hawaiian Village and were able to park it on the street within a couple block walk for the one night. Otherwise we did not try to park on the property. Air conditioning was excellent, lots of storage space in the unit, nice views and the balcony off the living room and second bedroom were great places to enjoy the views of the city, ocean (distant), and canal.

Walking distance from the beach and all the major brand stores, a few nightclubs and great restaurants. The condominium was extremely clean and perfect condition with great scenery from all balconies. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets a relaxing place to definitely come back too and book a stay here again.
