What a great experience. So much fun and tons of room overall. Could not have been better. 10/10 recommended.

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful home, since we enjoyed it so much the first time. We were a group of 12 family and friends, ranging from 14 years old to 82. There is ample room for people to spread out, a game room that the teens enjoyed for ping pong, and this year we also ventured out onto the pickleball court. We highly recommend this property (as long as you don't book it for the weekends we want it for!) :)

Perfect spot for 3 families of 4 for the weekend. 2nd time we have booked this property and the additions of the video games in the basement were a hit with the teenage kids (and a few adults). We all had a great time. The place is well stocked with all the pans, dishes, etc you could need as well as a bunch of spices in case you forget any. Only recommendation I'd have is to replace the grill burners as they are worn and it really flares up in spots. I'm sure we will be back!!

This property was simply amazing. The home had places for our entire group to gather or find a quiet place to read or nap. The basement game room was perfect for the kids to be kids and not disturb the entire house. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plently of very comfortable beds. Bravo for a beautiful house and host!

I would highly recommend this property. It exceeded our expectations and was the perfect home for our stay. There were many activities on site to keep our tween and teen boys busy all day. The owner has thought of every amenity one could want or need and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location is beautiful and so peaceful we didn’t want to leave. The owner answered my questions immediately and I would not hesitate to book this property again.

This property was so nice. We had a group of guys stay for golf. The property was large enough for all of us and slept everyone comfortably. The area is beautiful and has everything you need.

Great experience beginning to end! Owners were v responsive, communicating in advance such that all of our inquiries were addressed in the welcome letter. The home was spacious, with areas for teens, and plenty of room to gather as a group of (12.) Quick drive to downtown for an enjoyable afternoon. We would recommend this property!

This property is beautiful! We had a wonderful time. It backs up to the golf course, so we could go walking; hot tub was fun in the cold weather; the kids loved the ping pong table and game room. The property was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and lots of room for our extended family. The views are beautiful! The host was particularly accommodating and responsive to us during our stay when we had some unusual situations develop, and we appreciated so much all of the accommodations they made for us! We would definitely recommend this property!

Every several years our group of 10 closely knit male cousins from IL, WI & MI get together to break bread, play golf and catch up on all family life issues. This was our first trip to Galena territory and a memorable one for all of us! Kyle was a gracious host with a great house and his follow-up was excellent!

Our multi-generational extended family enjoyed our stay at this property. Beautiful home, fully stocked with many extras, drawers are labeled/organized which makes it much easier to navigate during the stay. Host is super responsive if any issues arise. Would definitely recommend this home!

Our family had a great long weekend. The property is wonderful. Super clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the owners club pool, hot tub at the property, and cooking in the spacious kitchen. Plenty of room for all of us, it was a great choice!

We’ve rented five houses in the Galena Territory. Always a big mixed family group (infants, toddlers, grandparents, etc). This was by far the best. Some of the highlights: - Space: photos don’t do justice to how expensive the interior is. The first floor is massive and open. Multiple people can use the kitchen at the same time. - Setting: the house is on a beautiful hill looking out at the golf course. It is totally private and set far back off the road. You won’t see or hear any neighbors or cars. Supplies: the best “stocked” rental I’ve ever seen - high chair, toiletries, great bedding, multiple coffee pots, plastic wrap and ziploc bags, every utensil imaginable and great serving dishes / pots / glassware, etc. Great shape: clearly a well loved and cared for home, not a beat-up rental. Higher build quality than other nearby houses (beautiful masonry, woodwork, built-ins, etc). Impeccably clean. Just a heads up that it is at the “end” of a one of the roads in the territory, so you’ll have to backtrack out to get to the owners clubs etc. Not a far drive (5-10 minutes) - but load your map on your phone before you leave the house, the cell service can be spotty in Galena Territory! We’ll be back soon!

This was a beautiful well maintained property, it was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was extremely spacious and had a great homey feeling. We would definitely stay here again. Never had to deal with the Property Manager, only the owner and they were very responsive.

Thank you so much to our hosts! We had a group of family with ages ranging from 5- 85(!) and this place had all the accommodations we could have asked for. The kitchen was fully equipped to make meals and snacks for a large group. The linens were very clean, very comfortable beds and had plenty of towels. The only suggestion I would make is the clarify that while staying at the accommodations, the “Owner’s Club” (not the hotel!!) is where the shared pool and activity center is located. We made the mistake of heading out when it was dark and got a little turned around on roads with no lights and no GPS available (all is well and now makes for a funny story, but scary in the moment!!). The town of Galena is very close and we found all the groceries we needed at the small country store in the territory. The scenery was perfect, a large first floor table that was great for family game time, a pool table and checkers in the game room, and several areas for the kids to get cozy and watch a movie.
