It was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable for our group large space and very convenient to the convention center. Condo was great !

The house is very clean and nice. Lots of space for our entire family (5 of us).
We did have an issue with the AC unit when we were there, but the owner called me swiftly and got the property manager on the phone as well and the issue was resolved very quickly.
Very pleased with the space and the owner making sure we were comfortable. Would stay again for sure.

Easy checkin, great location, clean apartment, slow wifi but nevertheless 10/10

Rented two apartments for a conference. The air conditioner and heat did not work in one of the units. I was told by the property manager it would be three to four days until repaired due to the weekend and a holiday. He also said for us to “just keep the door and window open” and use the ceiling fans and we would be fine. I did tell him we were unable to use some of the ceiling fans due to the horrible vibration, he said he would have them fixed, unfortunately days later and they are still not fixed when we checked out. Also, you cannot sleep with open windows in the area due to the outside noise in the parking lot. I did ask for a partial refund and have had no response.

This property was clean and accessible for our family vacation to Universal Studios. We love the area with a Publix and pharmacy nearby. Our extended family of 6 with 3 generations felt right at home here. We would definitely stay again.

This apartment was very comfortable. The new flooring was amazing. The converted "Library" to a bedroom worked well but the closet was a little difficult due to extremely high clothes bars. luckily a couple of tall gals helped. The kitchen worked really well and was well equipped.

Was a nice place to stay. Pull out couch could be updated, mattress was flat, springs not suppotive and had stains. Lots of space for 7 of us!

The condo was very spacious, clean, and in a great location! There are a few things that could be updated/replaced, but the whole setting was luxurious enough to make up for it. Our only real complaint was how long it took to get check in info. The property manager was super kind and helpful, if just took a bit too long

Very nice sized three-bedrooms and 2 bathrooms condo. Clean. Perfect for our family (4 adults and 1 kid). We really enjoyed the nice pool. Drugstore, restaurant and cupcake shop at walking distance. Location was great to go to Universal Studio. Owner answered quickly to our questions.

Not only did this unit live up to its expectations but exceeded them. Owner very attentive, unit very clean and presentable. Heated pool, children's pool and play area, great hot tub. Will definitely rent again here.

It could be cleaner. We enjoyed how spacious and comfortable it was. The location was perfect. Our main complaint was the carpeting had major stains. It's obvious that they've been treated but it still looks yucky and takes away from your experience. However, overall it was a good experience.

This is the second time we have stayed in Vista Cay (different unit). It is really convenient to the OCCC. Unit 102 was great! We did encounter a late-night door lock malfunction which the maintenance staff didn't repair until the next afternoon which was somewhat inconvenient. The only suggestion I would make would be to have additional cooking and serving dishes.

This was a beautiful condo to stay in. Unfortunately when we arrived the property had not yet been cleaned, but the staff came in quickly and fixed this error. Would come here again.

Disappointing. Very low end everything, bed bug traps, cheap bedding, flat and hard pillows . We had to search for the towels in the bathroom as only one towel was left out in the master bath. Yucky.

Vacation in Orlando
Nice place. However, the door locks were not working for the all the bedrooms and batthrooms. This creates problems with in terms of privacy. For the most part we were there for relaxation and sleep after going to the theme parks in Orlando. It would be nicer if the door locks are working properly and the lights and fans in the condo are working without going thru the remote control.

Warm family Reunion at Vista Cay
We found that the condo was in good condition, nicely appointed (loved the quality sheets and plush towels). The kitchen was well stocked with pots, plates, etc. again all good quality stuff. The washer/dryer very good, new. An inch thick pad for the hide a bed mattress would soften the springs and make that way better. There is a fishy odor when entering the condo, but is not noticeable after a minute inside. We found that the odor is similar to that of the lake next door. The pool and club house is spacious and fun. All in all, my familly of 10 all gave it a thumbs up. Thank you Tom for a class vacation rental.

Nice Secure Condo
The condo was nice, some upgrades are required but overall had a good stay. Day 1 we arrived late afternoon and as we were sorting out our rooms my husband went to the kitchen area and got a small piece of glass in his foot. Day 2 my son was having breakfast at the kitchen area and he also got a piece of glass in his foot. So I kept on sweeping the tiled floor area as best I could as my granddaughter is only 11 months and crawling so was worried for her. So let down by the cleaning as you pay for cleaning?? I did send an email but got no reply. The lounge area was great but a lack of seating for 5 adults and a baby. But all in all it’s a great location and lovely condo’s. Would definitely stay here again.
