We all had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was clean and there was plenty of room! Downfalls - one of the screens in the sliding doors was ripped. I contacted the property manager & someone came & fixed it that day. The handle on the master bathroom shower door was broken - not a big deal. One of the remote controls didn’t work for any of the tvs in the house so we had to share a remote between 2 of the bedrooms. The house was very sparse so I felt that any & all conversations & noises were amplified & echoed through out the home. I was asked at booking if we wanted the pool to be heated. I thankfully opted no and I’m very happy that I did bc the pool temp was 85 degrees! There were plenty of pool floats in the garage for us to use which was very nice. Overall we loved our time in Ft. Lauderdale!!

We had 3 generations stay here for 8 days. Convenient to grocery, restaurants and airport. The pool was well maintained and very warm - did not need it heated. Kids loved the pool and the air hockey table ( table needed some repair, temporary fix with duct tape). Wild life in the canal and along the edge was very entertaining. Overall very clean and well stocked. Having 3 baths was really nice!

Beautiful home ………….

We have been in several vacation spots and this location was outstanding. The home is spacious and clean and well stocked. The pool and backyard creates a very comfortable atmosphere to relax and enjoy some sun. Commication and support was great from the first day until the day we were scheduled to leave. We had wonderful time. We would highly recommend this home

On arrival we were very happy with the villa getting into the villa was straight forward and the pool area and living room area were much bigger than they looked in the photos. However there were only 2 sun beds at the villa for 8 people. Sadly after this our stay at this villa was not good. The main issue which subsequently ruined our stay at this villa and our family holiday was the blocked drain in bathroom 1. I will give you a summary of our experience. On day 3 the drain in the shower began bubbling. Without going into all the details this resulted in foul smelling water and human excrement coming up through the shower drain into the shower basin. We made Newham Hospitality ( the management company) aware of the problem on that day and kept updating them as the problem got increasingly worse, the smell was disgusting and spread throughout the villa over the next few days. Every day we were told a plumber would be coming or that they were sorting it out, we changed our plans on a couple of days to stay in to be there for the plumber they said was coming but never showed up. We sent emails to Newham Hospitality with photos attached clearly showing how bad the issue was. In a reply to our emails the staff member states that there had been previous issues with the drain and a plumber had attended who advised further action was needed but this had not been acted on. On day 8, 2 workers turned up to move the outdoor furniture before the storm. We showed the bathroom to these people and the lady had to go outside whilst gagging due to the smell and state of the bathroom. It was only after they called their manager that we eventually saw a plumber. The plumber snaked the pipes and said it was safe to use. After being left to clean up the mess left in the shower basin ourselves when we then used the shower the water appeared to drain away slowly and therefore we did not feel comfortable using the shower or toilet in case the problem reoccurred. It took the management company 5 days before taking any action. The response and service from the management company despite the situation we were left in and us constantly ringing/ emailing for updates was appalling. The only apology we have received was one for the iinconvenience of having one bathroom not in use - least of our worries! The villa itself was lovely but the awful service we received from the management company is unacceptable. AVOID THIS VILLA.

This property is beautiful and exactly how it looks in the photos. The house is clean, if comes with everything you could ever need (bbq, lots of towels, comfy beds, spare linen, a huge amount of kitchen utensils, Netflix access, sun beds and outdoor furniture). The back garden gets the sunshine all day and I as right on the waterway. We all loved the pool and sitting watching the flying fish. The neighborhood is very quiet. You do need a car, however, Ubers generally arrive within 5-10 minutes. We loved our stay here.and cannot fault the property or the management company who were always available via message if we had any questions.

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. Lovely and spacious both inside and out. It was nice that basic essentials were provided. We had to leave early because of Hurricane Ian but the management company sent someone round to put away all the outdoor furniture for us.

This home is amazing, the decor is modern and it has everything you need in a home. Looking forward to be here again. beautiful view and quiet neighborhood.

We were staying for a month after just moving down and starting the search for a home to purchase. The house was great - completely as advertised. Well stocked and very comfortable. I would highly recommend. Very friendly neighborhood too. The issues we had were minor and the management company was very quick to fix them. In all we were very satisfied.

Everything went extremely smooth and we felt comfortable with the host immediately. The instructions were clear and the place actually looked better than the pictures. My family and I wanted to spend quality time with a feeling of home; we felt at home. We really loved our stay and would definitely book again and hopefully get the same house. Thank you for excellent customer service and for making our vacation such a success.

Access to property was easy! Communication with management company was smooth with all questions answered. The last guests emptied the propane tank & we did fill so just paying it forward to the next guests! Pool heater/pump didn’t work but the pool guy was onsite to try to fix within a few days. Overall a great stay! Would book again!
