We enjoyed the property very much. Garage is too small for a full size truck. Hot tub, grill were great. Some trash laying around in the garage but not a big deal. Everything worked and we had a great time.

The property management company - Bella Palazzo - doesn't answer their phone or call you back when you leave a message. They also don't stand behind their customers. We selected this property partially based upon the beautiful looking onsite pool and paid to have the pool heated. Upon arriving we learned that the pool heater was broken. The property management company knew about this, but did not tell us in advance - NOR did they compensate. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. The property itself was OK - furniture is cheap - which makes a difference if you want to sleep at night.

A group of 10 women traveled to Mesa to play Pickleball and enjoy the pool. The pool was not heated , even after paying for it to be. The pool was worked on several times during the week, but it never heated and never used. We have been in contact with Bella Palazzo about the property, but have not heard back . The convenience of the Pickleball courts were great. The residents of the community aren’t used to having rental guests use the courts . After a few days, those issues were resolved.

Wow! This house is amazing – bright and spacious with mountain and city views! It’s is located in a very quiet area inside a gated community near the 202 freeway so it’s easy to get anywhere. It has high ceilings, tasteful decor, is very clean and amazingly well furnished with comfortable beds. The fully stocked kitchen amenities made it a joy to prepare meals from items you pick up from the nearby Albertson or Frys grocery. There are also many, many restaurants nearby to choose from. All appliances are modern and work very well including the outdoor grill. Outside, the backyard is very private. The pool is amazing! There is a separate hot tub on the side. The house faces more or less north so the patio is in the shade most of the day which makes it very comfortable. The owner, Margie, and Denise from the management company were super responsive and did not spare anything to make our stay as perfect as they could. This property was not only spacious, but also full of amenities! Between the 4 bedrooms, game room, and multiple couches, we had more than enough room for everyone. Then there’s tvs in every room, a pool and spa, corn hole, a fire pit, foosball table, darts, board games, an xbox1… the list keeps going.! The property was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located close to a gas station and a grocery store, yet enough away to still be able to see the stars at night… from the balcony that also overlooks the backyard and pool! This was my first experience with A vacation rental, and I can only hope they are all this easy and convenient! Thank you!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was clean and stocked with the items essential for cooking and tidying. There were also some extras included like sunscreen and pool toys. The pool water was a little murky however the hot tub was very clean. This property is managed by a company and I had a difficult time reaching them before our stay to discuss adding on an additional night. Once I was able to get in touch with them, they were friendly and apologetic. The house is close the freeway and lots of amenities.
