with beach access point being so close and a 15 min walk into the center of town, you really couldn’t beat the location. some things to remark that could be updated. 1 roll of toilet paper with no tissues. for 5 days and changing of climate being out of town for allergies, we had to go to the market to get another roll. shampoo/conditioner/ body soap dispensers. you could mount them on the wall in the shower. again, being out of town as i’m sure most of your guests are, those are not things i plan to bring while packing, so we had to go the market. which was a waste, even with the travel sizes, they weren’t in my bag originally so nothing else would fit on the return. it would be great if you did something like this, and it would be appreciated by future guests. A brita. the beach items (chairs, umbrellas, cart, etc) are all either broken, dirty, rusty. don’t get me wrong, very grateful for what we did have for the beach and they did the job-ish, it just felt like a lot of it should have been tossed and some of it i’m sure was just collections of what other guests purchased and left behind. Different blinds in the bedroom window of unit A. it got very bright very early and nothing you can do about it. bed was fine, pillows were dismal. open kitchen and living room in our unit.

The property was very clean and plenty spacious for two people. The outside spaces were well equipped and the beach loaner closet was much appreciated. The kitchen was well eqipped as well. Our only recommendation is that since the air-conditioner can not be set under 73° ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room would have made the space more comfortable on hot days.

Property was walking distance to beautiful beach and in a nice neighborhood. However the property boasts high marks for cleanliness, and we were disappointed in that regard. On the surface everything looked fine but after walking on the floors for several hours, the bottom of our white socks were black with dirt. We were very concerned by this and questioned whether the rest of the condo had really been cleaned as advertised. We would not return to stay here.

Very clean property upon arrival and nicely updated. Perfect for the 2 of us. Great location to beach and the siesta key village. The stop for the free trolley was right around the corner as was the beach access! The unit was accurately represented. The property manager stopped by early in our stay which was a nice touch.

Not your fault at all, but the neighbors were doing some yard/pool work done and it smelled like sewer outside of the unit the whole time

This property was perfect for a week's stay at the beach. The unit has been newly renovated with new high quality appliances and furniture. The location and proximity to the beach couldn't be better. The property owners have thought of and supplied almost everything that might be needed both inside and at the beach.

This place was absolutely perfect! Cute beachy decor. You can drive 2 minutes to the main beach entrance with parking and bathrooms or just walk to the closer beach access path right across the street. They have everything you could need for the beach including carts, coolers, chairs, umbrellas and more. The bathroom has 2 access doors, so if anyone is sleeping in the living room they can get to the bathroom without going through the bedroom. Bottom floor with back patio with big glass table and a nice grill. The owners are all so friendly and communicative. Could not have picked a better beach place to stay!

The property was nice but could use some updates. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The beach umbrellas were mostly broken. Being on the ground floor we heard every step our upstairs neighbors took. The back patio felt like a box and was not enjoyable. They did not provide a single tissue and very few rolls of toilet paper.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway for my birthday! We had a great time. The property was clean and was exactly like the pictures. We really liked that we were able to utilize the beach chairs, cooler and wagon! We also enjoyed the patio and the keyless entry! It was a fairly short walk to the beach about a 3/4 mile walk to the Village! Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for two people. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. It is only a couple minutes to walk to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to the siesta key village. The surrounding homes were usually quiet at night as well.

This was a great place to stay with out doggie. It was very clean. They supplied all the necessities to have a great time at the beach. This was a great neighborhood and a shot walk to the beach

We really enjoyed renting at this location. We were able to take advantage of the outdoor gas grill and patio area, free access to beach chairs, umbrella, wheely walker, and coolers. The televisions and appliances were up to date and were the perfect getaway when we just wanted to chill at the condo. Everything was not only updated and in working order but very clean. The coding system for entry and security was really convenient so that we didn’t have to carry another set of keys! The only thing that I would definitely recommend is to bring your own laundry detergent so that you can do as much laundry as you need to, and definitely checkout robinhood rentals for 6 seater golf carts, scooters, and two seater carts. We are looking forward to working with the Cirioli’s again next year and may upgrade to a location with a pool if they have one!

The property had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. Clean, updated and great location. Walking distance to the beach and the village. A little noisy from the upstairs tenants moving a round and the vacationing neighbors but all and all a great stay.

Starting off we get to our room on the wrong day 😅 I mixed up check in day and showed up a day early after talking to someone about the 20 hour drive I had made with two small kids she able to send a housekeeper and have room ready for us in no time! She was so caring and worked hard to make sure we were able to stay! Now in the room, I couldn’t believe how furnished it was. Not just with the usual furniture and home amenities but the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes,cookware, and everything you’d need plus more. Also you had access to beach wagons,beach chairs, toys for the kids, umbrellas, a cooler! Just everything you could need for a perfect day. Also there is finally a place to stay that provides plenty of towels! And beach towels as well. Save packing space because they include full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner , and soap! Outside was beautiful landscaping with private patio that had ample space and privacy for family time and cookouts on your own private bbq grill! We were beyond impressed with not only management but also the whole unit. This is an absolute 10/10 recommendation.

Very easy process, the only problem I had was with the VRBO app....more to do with my lack of technical skills.

We loved our stay at the cottage in Seista Key. Very spacious for a one bedroom. We usually try to book a two bedroom so we have two bathrooms but this set up with the decided bathroom worked great for us. It was perfect. The decor was very coastal which we loved. And most important was super clean. The management could not of been nicer. We had a great vacation ! Thanks for sharing you’re cottage 🌴🌴

Everything was perfect! The condo was very clean and the perfect size for us! The location couldn’t have been any better. It was a short walk to the beach and to the Village. Great week in beautiful Siesta Key😎

My family had a wonderful time in Siesta Key, we will definitely be back!! The property was in a perfect location and we could walk to all the shopping and restaurants. Added bonus, we got to bring our puppy!!!

This was our first time visiting Siesta Key. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit was perfect for us, close to the beach, close to the town, and in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay again!
