Spotless, lovely unit. Lazarus responded to any questions immediately. Great location, close to beach and Commercial Street but quiet inside. Lazarus made sure we were fully supplied with paper products and other necessities. The balcony was an added bonus! All in all, a great stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this clean and cozy condo. The location on Montello Street was close to the action on Commercial Street, but very quiet at night. The owner of the property was very responsive when we reached out. We would gladly stay here again.

Perfect two-person apartment in a quiet neighborhood that is a short walk to Commercial Street. The upstairs apartment reflects an efficient use of space and is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We were very pleased with our 3-night stay and would certainly come back. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We have been coming to the Cape for decades but never stayed in Provincetown. Now I am sure we will be back. The apartment was great .

Great location. Cute place. I was traveling alone and this place was perfect. It's probably ok for a couple but it's a bit small for 2 people. Still would suggest giving it a try.

My wife and I have been coming to PTown for 25+ years and have stayed in many different places. Laz's condo is by far one of the best. It may be 375 sq. feet but every inch is used to maximum perfection. The pictures are exactly how the condo looks; a dining table, comfy sectional couch, full kitchen, washer/dryer, bedroom with queen bed and large closet containing a 7 drawer dresser and a full bathroom with stall shower. The unit is spotless and the laundry and kitchen has everything you need. There is a small table with 2 chairs at the top of the outside stairs which was perfect for morning coffee and people watching. The location was excellent; steps from Commercial St. but also very quiet. Communication with Laz was top notch and seamless. We loved staying here and look forward to returning.

Our stay could not have been better. They have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The windows make you feel like you are in a treehouse. The location is perfect - quiet side street yet close to everything and having a parking space was an added bonus. Can't wait to go back.

Had a great long weekend visit in this clean and cozy condo. I loved the giant windows and listening to all the birds in the morning. It is a great location and was very quiet if you’re looking for that R&R, while Ptown, and all the fun, is right around the corner.

Great location and amazingly cute and clean! The bedroom is a bit small but there was plenty of storage in the living room to accommodate clothes and who's coming to PTown to stay inside all day anyway! Would recommend this to any couple looking for a perfect long weekend spot.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here between Christmas and New Year's. The place is even more attractive than the photos indicate; it's filled with light, with wonderful sunset views. and the small space is optimized for comfort. We found it spotlessly clean, and the towels, bedding, and upholstery all fresh. The kitchen has everything you need and more, and all very high-quality, including good knives. The location is ideal; walkable to everything, but on a quiet residential street, and the off-street, non-tandem parking is a real bonus. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. One small thing to note is that you must climb a set of steep outside stairs to get to the unit, but there is a good handrail. We'd absolutely stay here again and hope to do so soon!

Great place to stay for a couple! Very clean with a lot of amenities. The hosts have packed a lot into this property to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. We had everything we could want or need for our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and will absolutely stay here again. Can’t say enough about it.
