We had the best stay. The house is extremely clean, adorable, wonderfully decorated and close to all the downtown activities. We will definitely stay here again on our next Greenville trip!

There wasn’t anything lacking in this home. The kitchen was truly equipped for preparing big meals. There were generous amounts of coffee, cream, paper products, soaps, etc. The house was beautifully decorated - we all had a wonderful time. The dining room, living room and kitchen were spacious enough for all of us to gather comfortably. Our golden retriever loved the fenced yard. I have say, so lovely we didn’t want to leave!

This house is amazing! Very convenient to downtown & area attractions, but in a quiet neighborhood. It was well appointed with everything we needed for ourselves and a small brunch we hosted for our daughter's birthday.
Michelle was a great host. Very communicative & attentive to details. She provided little extras (towels, hair dryers, & multi-port charging banks) in each room that made the stay more enjoyable.
We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this home, and Michelle.

The house was lovely, good location, 5 minute drive to all the downtown attractions, and easy parking downtown.
Very roomy, well appointed, lots of supplies, a lovely porch, quiet neighborhood. Despite only 2 bathrooms, each bedroom had a nice mirrored shelf w/ hairdryer, so it was easy for 6 girlfriends to all get ready. Very comfortable beds. Large remodeled kitchen. We all loved it!

Perfect location and wonderful stay in Greenville. The house was spacious and immaculately clean! Lovely updates to an already charming house. Thoughtful details like extra mirrors, extra blow dryers, additional outlets, usb chargers and high quality bed linens. It was such a nice lay out for our adults trip.
Communication with the owner was easy and efficient. Highly recommend!

Fabulous location, perfect house. Our host was so accommodating and available. She made suggestions regarding restaurants and local highlights and the house provided several spots for all of us to gather and catch up with one another.

This was a wonderful property walking distance to main street. The house was well-appointed and super clean. When we had one question, the owner was very prompt in responding and getting the question resolved. Parking for 2 cars on the driveway and additional parking passes helped with our family visit as well. bathrooms, and the whole house looked recently updated and was awesome for family gatherings of all ages. We'll be back!

Very well represented by the photos. Amenities all provided and great! Great location for visiting downtown or an event at Bon Secures arena. EXCELLENT host! As a group of friends that occasionally travel together, we've been in several rental homes and this is our unanimous favorite! We had a great time and are looking to book this home again. Loved it!

The Pettigrue home is an ideal location for access to downtown Greenville, especially if you plan to visit Bon Secours. A 7 minute walk to reach the venue! Comfortable big beds in every room. Clean, beautiful and well equipped. Excellent communication. We arrived late night and it was delightful to have coffee, cream and sugars for our morning. No issues. Highly recommend and would stay again. There were five of us and we each enjoyed a quiet private room with dream comfort.

This home is beautifully decorated with lots of comfortable and decorative furniture & light fixtures. So many special touches including charming wall hooks/hanger and iron & ironing board baskets in each bedroom. Lots of natural light, ceiling fixtures, and also pretty lamps throughout entire home. And it does feel like home with beautifully appointed beds, bedding, and towels. Special touches everywhere including kitchen- with Villeroy & Boch china and lots of good pots/pans.
Michelle responded promptly to all messages and made check-in/check-out easy and seamless.
So easy to walk into town or super quick drive in just a few minutes.

Our group of five ladies had a fantastic weekend in this andorable and neat-as-a-pin home. Comfortable and beautifully decorated, we loved how close it is to Main Street for a night out, and the perfect place to relax around the fire for a night in. Couldn’t recommend it more!

The home is the perfect location, in the heart of beautiful downtown Greenville. The homeowner, Michelle, is responsive and caring. We booked this lovely home because we were attending a family wedding in Greenville, SC. We were thrilled with the home. It was extremely clean, very well appointed, and equipped with anything and everything a family might need for any length of stay. The property is within walking distance of the fun and festive downtown area. The four bedrooms are large and comfortable. Michelle, our host, was great communicating with me. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 404 Pettigru!

Our stay was fantastic. Five longtime friends, coming from different areas to explore Greenville for the first time. This house was immaculate, just as described on the website, walking distance to downtown, unbelievably well stocked, and just an absolutely fantastic home. It is decorated in such a way that it looks like a model home but it’s also very comfortable. Nice yard and terrific deck if the weather is good, which it was for us. The owner did a lovely job with this home.

The home is located in the historic Pettigru section of town and is immaculately renovated and well laid out. The home is spotless and the furnishings fit the home perfectly.
Michelle has thought of everything.
Please do not hesitate to rent this property. We most certainly will the next time that we are in Greenville.

We considered a hotel stay but found this great rental and are so happy we chose to stay there. It felt really nice to be in a home, a home that was in perfect order and well appointed as if we lived there. Great location, too, as we walked downtown each day. The owner Michelle is very friendly and responsive to any communication. All 4 of us were very impressed and grateful to have been able to stay there. Immaculately clean, bright, and quiet; very nice linens, beds and pillows, nice covered deck off the kitchen for afternoon cocktail hour! We didn't mind at all having the one bathroom upstairs be assigned to one couple and the downstairs large full bath being for the other. I'm sure you will enjoy your stay as much as we did.

The house is a beautifully maintained colonial. Decorated perfectly for an adults-only getaway. No complaints besides there was old coffee grounds in the coffee machine left behind from previous stay.

Just can’t say enough about this place! The hostess is amazing and went out of her way to make us feel so welcome. The house had more than everything we needed. Such a beautiful place and the location was fabulous. Best rental experience we have ever had (and we travel a lot!!). Will definitely be back!

Outstanding! We would highly recommend this beautifully decorated home! We were so comfortable here! The beds were absolutely amazing and it was spotless! Our visit was for the final touches on our daughters wedding being held in Greenville we all live out of town and this was a perfect place for us to all meet and take care of pending plans.
Our future son-in-law was even able to continue working in the office/ kids play room and that was a plus!
Michelle the host was amazing!! Always in touch and she even checked to make sure we were doing alright.
An overall wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!!!

This house is exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Greenville. There is plenty of room for 4 couples. The kitchen is very well stocked and the secret weapon is the covered back deck. And you are only 0.6 miles from Main Street which we walked multiple times.

Property is perfectly maintained. Spotless and well decorated with all the attention to detail you could hope for. Beds are comfortable and all needs are supplied. Location is ideal. Close to the best restaurants and all you want to do while in Greenville. I would like to give more than 5 stars. We had a wonderful time as a family and it was worth every penny.
