This property was located in the heart of Princeville and offered access to beaches as well as dining / grocery just a short distance away. The unit itself was sectioned off an existing house so be aware that you will be sharing a home with a resident family / owner. We could hear the children upstairs in the evenings and the walls are very thin so that is definitely something to consider if you think you're getting a property all to yourself. Finally, the unit lost power (there was a blackout in the neighborhood) and the groceries we had saved for dinner were completely wasted as there was no way to heat anything up without electricity or light of any kind. When I contacted the property management company for some sort of reimbursement given that we had to go buy dinner after already buying groceries I was told that this was outside of their control and no compensation would be given. This lack of customer service is unfortunate at this price point and I will not be renting from this site again.

Nice place, good beds, location etc. Would have been nice to have some basics in the cupboards such as salt and pepper and some cooking oil. I imagine everybody staying there having but the same thing in quantities that last well beyond their stay.

The place was perfect. It was clean, and they had everything we needed. Even had stuff for the beach, all you need was your swim suits. It felt like home. Thank you.

This was perfect for a family of 4. Very quiet and with good access to everything you need. We would definitely stay again. Only thing missing is grilling tools and a large mixing bowl. Otherwise it is well stocked with kitchen supplies etc. Outdoor shower was one of our favorite parts. Thank you!

So clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the new appliances and fully stocked kitchen. Totally used the blender to make protein smoothies in the morning with fresh fruit that we picked up from local fruit stands. Having beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and beach mats available in the garage was such a bonus. We loved that! There were ice vloxks in the freezer ro use as well. We will totally stay here again!

This is a really beautiful, comfortable, and well-managed property. Communication with property management was timely and spot-on. Everything in the unit is new and the owners have thought of almost everything you might need -- we especially liked the outdoor shower! The beds are very comfortable as is the AC+ceiling fan climate conditioning. The second/smaller bedroom could really use a curtain over the door window, but no complaints at all otherwise. Thanks again for the stay!

This rental was sooo comfortable and very thoroughly outfitted and equipped, they thought of everything! The unit seems brand new! Some of the things we loved about the unit; the outdoor shower, the awesome lanai with a BBQ grill, having air conditioning, the fully equipped kitchen, having laundry facilities in the unit and all of the beach gear that was provided for us to use. The basket of goodies from Vacasa was a super nice touch! Even though this unit is connected to the main house, it feels like you have your own place with separate entrance and parking. We would love to go back for another stay!!

Well appointed, really really comfy beds and pillows. I slept really well. It is connected to the main house like a duplex but we barely noticed it at all. It felt totally private. Perfect for our family of four. Short drive to some truly exceptional beaches. Thanks so much for a great experience!

The home was great. It was clean and nice. The rugs were very soft to walk on! The only thing I would change is the smaller room did not have any window covering on the door so there was privacy.

This house had 2 bedrooms and 2 showers (1 walk-in shower in the master bedroom and an outdoor shower right outside the smaller room). The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware/flatware/silverware/glassware/cutlery and cleaning supplies. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and they also had beach gears (4 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and a boogie board). Washer + Dryer are located in the garage with laundry detergent. House was very spacious and newly renovated. Definitely exceeded our expectations. If you’re doing things in the north region of the island, i highly recommend staying here! We spent a lot more time in the south region of the island so it was quite the drive for us on most days so make sure to plan your itinerary out! We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the place was. It was newly remodels, clean and had all the amenities you would need. The location is great. Close to the amazing beaches and good eats. I can't recommend this place enough! Everything in the unit felt well thought out. The kitchen was well stocked and had nice, new appliances for the meals we made during our stay. The unit was very nicely furnished/decorated and we particularly liked the layout and the AC in each room. The bedrooms are located on either side of the living room and kitchen, so even though it's a smaller space, it was easy to slip away to experience some privacy within the unit. I work remotely, so the adjustable standing desk in the smaller bedroom was really nice to have! That bedroom doubled as an office for me. We made daily use of the beach gear that was provided (four Tommy Bahama chairs, cooler, beach umbrella) and found the location ideal for exploring the walking around Princeville in the mornings and exploring the beautiful beaches on the north shore. The outdoor shower essentially makes for a full en-suite bathroom off of the smaller bedroom, since it's located directly outside of the door that leads to the outdoors from this bedroom. We loved it! Thanks to the thick walls and private entrance, it really felt like we had our own space and privacy even with the apartment attached to a main house . I was impressed with Vacasa's management too. The soaps and towels were nice, we arrived to a welcome basket with chocolates and cookies, and check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable home base for exploring the north shore!
