Great place for a small family. Home is very clean and the location is amazing. Walking distance to everything and windows keep all the noise out. Property manager was great and easily accessible. Overall a great place to stay, can’t wait to return.

We had a great weekend at Terri’s house. The location is amazing, right on the water with beautiful view of the Lake from the deck. The house is very clean and updated. Everything is in walking distance. We would love to return one day!

The property was amazing. The views are perfect. Loved watching the steam boat's come and go it is located right in the center of all the stores and restaurants. But tucked away enough that the crowds and noise are just in the distance. You can walk to almost everything. The house is so clean and well maintained. Definitely on our list to visit again. Couldn’t have been happier with this space and location! It really is right on the lake with breathtaking views! The space itself is new and very comfortable. It was a fantastic stay and we would have loved to have had more time there to walk around town, sit out and relax by a fire, and enjoy the view a bit longer. Thank you so much!!!!

Everything was clean, new and fresh. The view of the lake phenomenal. And so close to Duffys bar, very inconvenient. Friends had the upper level and equally awesome. Would definitely stay again and recommend!!!!

This was just what we needed for our family! The only downside (and I say that loosely) is that the dock is private. But thanks to Teri we found a close spot to fish off a dock. House was immaculate and the proximity to town makes it so easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Lake George Village. The house is extremely clean and newly renovated. The kitchen and grill were so nice to have. The covered porch was so relaxing and fun to read, play cards and especially to enjoy the fireworks on Thursday night regardless of the weather. Thank you for a great stay. Get out on the water. The Lake is gorgeous.

Location was perfect for our family- close to the beach and right in the center of town! Couldn’t have asked for more with small kids. It is true that you can hear the people upstairs- and they likely heard us as well. Bring toiletries and towels for the lake- this place was great!

Great house. Great location. Only downside is it’s the downstairs unit of a two story duplex and you hear every move made upstairs

My family and I had a wonderful time. We will be back next year! We spent many nights on the porch listening to live music and great view for the fireworks.

This house was great! Wonderful location as we like to walk everywhere. So close to the park, live music, shopping, restaurants/bars, boat rentals, Steamboat docks. The house was beautiful inside and we spent alot of time on the patio. The beds were comfortable. Lots to do!

This was a wonderful place. Everything about it was great. The interior was brand new looking and had all amenities needed. The location for fireworks or using the dock was amazing. Terri was extremely kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We had the best time. The location of this property is perfect. You can walk to all of the restaurants and attractions in the area. We even were able to see the fireworks right off of the back deck. The house is extremely clean and perfectly stocked with the essentials that you might need. The house is kid friendly. The only con is that the noise from the tenants upstairs can be loud at times. You can hear them walking around and the bathroom is noisy when the water runs. The only thing we would do different is rent the entire house next time and bring friends! Thank you! We will be back.

This property is truly fantastic. The view is incredible and the location is perfect. You are right in the village and walking distance to so much, yet it’s very private and set off the Main Street. We rented a boat for half the week and were able to get a dock slip right at the dock next to the house, the convenience to that and the beach were so great. The unit itself, although small, was very nice and clean. Newly renovated. I will say You do only get the bare essentials with this unit, it’s not someone’s home so it lacks on some extras. *Bring your own beach/boat towels. *if you plan on cooking during your stay, pack seasonings. The unit has nothing, not even salt/pepper. Communication with Terri was great and when I reached out to inform her the AC wasn’t working, she had someone out there within hours and it was fixed and she checked in with us. All in all, it was a great stay and we will absolutely be back!

All I can say is, Wow! What an amazing place! Location was absolutely perfect - close to everything, but felt private and was quiet. The house is newly renovated and very comfortable. Can't wait to go back!

The owner was very responsive. The apartment is very nicely renovated, the pictures honestly don't do it justice. Fast wifi, well furnished. Property worked out perfectly for me, my wife, and our 5 month old baby. We put our baby down in the second bedroom and we would sit on the porch drinking and watching the boats go by.

Super easy finding and checking in. Porch will be awesome in summer. Could walk everywhere we needed. Great reno and layout. Def recommend.

We came for the winter festival. The location could not have been better. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. I thought it was a little strange to have to bring our own sheets and towels. This place looks like it would be awesome in the summer.

we had a wonderful stay. the size was perfect for my four person family with two small kids. very clean and new inside. was just renovated and fitted out wonderfully. location was amazing. walking distance to the village. perfect view of the fireworks. couldn’t have been happier and can’t wait to come back.

This home is in a wonderful location. You can walk to the shops and restaurants of Lake George Village and wake up to a view of the lake from your deck. The apartment was very clean, with new appliances and furniture. The kitchen has cookware and utensils to prepare a meal if you choose. There was cable tv and strong wifi for rainy days. The patio is equipped with a grill and grill utensils. The manager was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. The only drawback of staying on the first floor is that you can hear the people moving around in the upstairs unit. Other than that, it’s a wonderful home that we would love to return to.

My wife our two children and I had a great week here with plenty of space and a full kitchen. Good lake views my son loves watching the mini haha (sight seeing steam boat) go by. Quick walk to anything in Lake George Village. Terri was very accommodating we were unaware that sheets and towels are not provided and she offered to bring them to us! House was just renovating and kitchen stocked with all new pots pans silver ware etc.
